Nagpapalakpakan ang mga tao, and after that, they were tapping the champagne glass as an indication for the newlyweds to kiss. I looked at my bride, kissed her cheek, and guided her to the dance floor to do the traditional first dance. Then the music started to play. She puts her hands over my shoulder while I wrapped my arms around her waist so that we could get a little closer. I can read through the glow in her eyes the promise of happiness and everlasting love.

Xanity and I were dancing to beautiful and very meaningful music. Then suddenly, I felt something, my heart once again thumps in pain.

Biglag ang malakas at nakakabingin kaba mula sa aking puso. Mali hindi kaba, kundi mabilis na pintig. Pintig na bumubuhay sa patay kong puso. Pintig nang magkahalong sakit ng pananabik at kaligayahan. Pintig na bumibigkas ng iisang pangalan.Matagal na panahon nang hindi tumitibok ng ganito kabilis ang puso ko, napakatagal na. Mahigit tatlong taon na ang lumilipas .

What's going on? I asked in silence.

I loosen my arms on Xanity's waist. I looked around involuntarily. My eyes, no... my heart is searching. But for what? for who? I can't put them into words, but I'm certain that there is something, some reason why I feel this way. I feel breathless, suffocated.

"Silver?" Xanity called me, even that can't stop me from searching.

I don't know, I don't even understand what's happening to me. I looked around with excitement, confusion, anticipation, and longings all intertwined.

Was it the song? I asked myself, and then I shook my head a little. No. it's not about the song.

It's the voice! The sweet and gentle voice. My heart knows that voice too well. The voice is so familiar. Hindi ko ako maaring magkamali. Kasabay ng 'di mapigil ang kabog ng aking dibdib ay ang pag sigaw ng aking isipan na kilala ko at nag iisa lang ang tao sa buhay ko ang nagtataglay ng ganung boses. Nasaan? I need to find where that voice is coming from?

My eyes browsed every single person inside the room, and when I turn around, I found the owner of that voice. It was the wedding singer. My heart was pounding so fast that it felt like it's about to explode anytime now. Then I took a deep breath to fill my chest with air. I couldn't contain all emotions that are in my heart.

I saw the woman wearing a short A-Line Lace Ivory dress, with long hazel brown hair, she was singing beautifully with her angelic voice, her angelic smile. But most of all her gaze and her smile made my broken soul, my lifeless heart, and my meaningless living back to life.

is just a little faith]

I was blown away by her smile, dahil doon ay kusang bumitiw ang mga ko Xanity. I move slowly away from her. Without looking I turn away and then started walking step-by-step towards the wedding singer. My feet, my eyes, my heart, my soul was being summoned by her voice. I can't keep my eyes off of her. I tried hard not to blink, I was afraid that if I blink or look away I would lose her. I can't lose her, not anymore, never again.

I can hear voices calling my name, shadows following me. But I couldn't care.

The only thing my whole being dictates is to be near her. Hearing her voice brings me joy; seeing her smile gives me hope, and finally, after my long journey of living in the pit of emptiness, I saw her light. The light that never fails to save me. I'm saved.

I'm now standing in front of her, and it is only then my heart stood still. She stopped singing, she looked so confused, and yet her eyes never leave mine. I move even closer, closer, and closer, till we're just an inch apart from each other. I know it's her. This isn't a dream nor my imagination. Every bit of what's left of my soul, blood in my vein, and even the broken pieces of my heart recognize her. Finally, she's back. She back in my arms.

"Vriella" I whispered her name, touched her beautiful face, and lean my head down to gently claimed her lips. Tears were running down my eyes as I closed them. And as our lips were reunited, I utter a prayer in my head, thanking God for giving her back to me, and for giving me another chance.
