As the week passed, they discussed their hero internships in class. Mika listened to Fumikage's internship with Hawks, Wish I could work with a popular hero... maybe some other day. she thought.
"Hey, Mika." Mika turned her head to the voice and saw Mina and Kyoka walk toward her desk, "How was your internship with Cementoss-sensei?" Kyoka asked.
Mika smiled, "It was great." she said, "The only thing I did was practice on my Quirk and patrol in Yamagata, but there was this one-time Koda, and I saved some people from a burning building."
Kyoka and Mina were shocked, "That's cool." they said in sync. Mika chuckled, "You think so? I thought Tsu's internship with the Sea Rescue hero, Selkie, was better." she said, "She went up against villains."
Kyoka nodded, "But what you and Koda did during the internship sounds more punk rock than my internship, even though I escorted the hostages." she said.
Mika slightly smiled until she noticed Mina was grinning, "Speaking of Koda, did anything happen between you two during the internship?" she asked.
Mika looked in a different direction, "No, nothing happened between us." she said. Mina looked at Mika, "Aw, come on! Something had to have happened when you were with him." she said. Mika glanced at Mina, "Sorry, but it's the truth." she said.
Before Mina could say anything, they heard a voice, "If you want to talk about the ones that changed, it's those three." Denki said as he pointed to Izuku, Shoto, and Tenya. Mika turned her head to the trio, "Oh yeah! The Hero Killer." Hanta said.
Eijiro looked at the trio, "I'm glad you guys made it back alive." he said. Mika looked at the trio, "I was worried about you three." she said; Momo nodded, "Me too." she said. Rikido looked at the trio, "You were lucky Endeavor showed up and saved you guys." he said.
Shoto looked down, "Yeah... that's right." he said, "He saved us." Mashirao looked at them, "I heard that the hero killer had some connection to the League of Villains." he said, "I hate to think how things would turn out if he showed up at USJ."
Denki looked at Mashirao, "Yeah, but have you seen the video." he said, "I mean, sure, he's scary, but he's super tenacious. He's cool, don't you think."
Izuku looked at Denki, "Kaminari...!" he said; Mika looked at him, "You should probably think before you act." she said, "That event might still affect people." Denki flinched and covered his mouth, "Crap!" he said, "Sorry, Iida..."
Tenya looked at his arm, "No... it's alright..." he said, "It's true that he was tenacious, and I get why people think he's cool. Instead of helping people, his beliefs led him to murder. No matter his motives, I cannot condone his killings. To keep everyone else from suffering like me..."
Tenya karate chopped forward, "I promise that I'll strive to be the perfect hero." he continued. Izuku smiled and nodded, "Yeah! Let's do it." he said. Tenya raised his fist in the air, "Everyone! Class is about to begin!" he shouted, "Please take your seats!"
Fumikage sighed, "He's back." he said; Kyoka looked at Denki, "This is your fault for bringing it up." she said. Denki looked down, "Sorry..." he said; Mika slightly smiled as class returned to normal.
(Time Skip)
When All Might and Class 1-A were outside, most were in their hero costumes. The students looked at All Might, "I am here!" he shouted, "I hope you're ready to return to our lessons! Today is basic hero training!"
All Might looked at the students, "It feels like I haven't seen you in a while! Welcome back!" he continued, "Now then... listen carefully for what's in store; we'll be racing. Take everything you've learned in your internships and put it to excellent use in this rescue training."
