The Start of a New Era (Koji Koda x OC)

Date, Part 1

When Mika was out of bed, she got dressed up; she wore a light purple tank top, jean shorts, and purple sandals. Mika brushed her hair and put it in a ponytail; soon after, she picked her bow up and placed it in her hair.

Mika walked toward her small bathroom and looked at her attire, "Nice." she said, smiling. Mika heard a knock on her door, "One sec." she said before walking out of her bathroom.

Mika opened her door and saw Koji in a green shirt with an 'A' on it, blue jeans, and white sneakers. Mika smiled, "Ready to go?" she asked; Koji nodded before leaving her room and walking toward the elevator.

When the couple reached the first floor, they headed toward the door, "Hey, Lyoko." they turned their heads to Denki and Minoru with toothbrushes in their mouths, "We're heading to Yaoyorozu's study session. Are you guys coming along?"

Mika shook her head, "We're going somewhere and spending some time together." she said. Eijiro turned to the couple with his knees on the couch cushion with a smile, "So Kouda asked you on another date, huh?" he said.

Eijiro turned his head to Koji, "Alright, dude! After what happened yesterday, I thought you wouldn't ask her for one, but I was completely wrong." he continued, "That's a very manly thing to do!"

Koji blushed a lot, and Mika smiled, "Well, we better get going. We'll see you guys later." she said before leaving the building. Minoru looked at the couple, "I wonder if they had sex yet?" he said. Denki stared at Minoru, "You're disgusting, dude." he said.

After some convincing with Mr. Aizawa, the couple sat in the train station looking around. Mika turned her head to Koji, "So, got any idea on where we're going?" she asked.

Koji nodded, "I've had my mind on it for a while, but I thought it would be nice to go to the Tama Zoological Park in Hino City." he said. Mika looked at Koji, "Is that so?" she asked; he nodded, "It probably sounds boring to you." he said.

Mika shook her head, "No way! It sounds awesome." she said, "I think the last time I went to a zoo was when I was around four." Koji looked at Mika, surprised, "Really?" he asked.

Mika nodded and blushed a bit, "Funny enough, it was after the day I was at the hospital for my Quirk." she said. Koji nodded, "That makes sense, but I thought you would spend more time at the zoos because of your Quirk." he said.

Mika nodded, "You'd think that, but my parents weren't comfortable with me going to the zoos on my own at a young age." she said, "So, they had some animal books for me to read and some animal encyclopedias as I got older."

Koji nodded, "I guess that's understandable." he said. Mika nodded and smiled, "But now is not the time to worry about the past; let's have some fun at the zoo park." she said.

Koji smiled and nodded, "Arrived at Hino City." the intercom said, making the couple get up and leave the train station.

As the couple stood in front of the main gate, Mika looked at the place in awe. Koji smiled a bit as they walked toward the entrance. The couple saw a man behind the booth, "Welcome to the Tama Zoological Park." he said, smiling, "How old are you?"

Mika looked at the man, "I'm sixteen." she said; Koji looked at him, "A-And I'm fifteen." he said. The man nodded, "So, one student and one adult." he said, "The admission fee is 800 yen."

Mika nodded as she grabbed her wallet out of her pocket. Before Mika opened her wallet, Koji stopped her, "I-I got it." he said before giving the man 800 yen. Mika looked at Koji, "I had enough yen to pay my fee; you didn't have to do that." she said.
