The Start of a New Era (Koji Koda x OC)

Girl's Night, Part 1

Early in the evening, everyone was back at the dorms doing their homework or relaxing in their rooms.

Mika got out of the elevator and stretched her arms, That was some pretty intense hero training. she thought, It was definitely something I need after being cooped up in here for a week.

Mika walked towards the kitchen area and grabbed a water bottle; she turned her head and saw Koji and Fumikage working on something at one of the dining tables.

Mika smiled and walked towards them, "Hey there." she said. Fumikage turned to Mika, "Hello Lyoko." he said, "How are you enjoying your evening?"

Mika sat next to Koji, "It's very peaceful." she said, "What are you working on?" Fumikage looked at the paper, "Just working on some modern literature." he said.

Mika tilted her head, "Do you need any help?" she asked. Fumikage closed his eyes, "I appreciate your concern, but I'll be fine on my own." he said.

Mika nodded and turned to Koji, "Do you need help on anything?" she asked with a warm smile. Koji looked down and turned the other way, making Mika worry, "Koji?" she asked. Koji got out of his seat, "Sorry..." he said lowly as he walked away.

Mika's worry got worse, "He's been like that after hero training." she turned to Fumikage, "I tried to ask him what was wrong, but he was silent."

Mika looked down, "He probably wants some alone time." she said, "I don't blame him. If we didn't make that promise and were forced to fight each other, I'd want some alone time as well."

Fumikage looked at Mika, "You mentioned a promise during hero training." he said, "What was that promise?" Mika rubbed the back of her head, "The promise was that we don't hold back once we face against each other." she said.

Fumikage nodded, "We made that promise when it was close to the sports fest." Mika continued, "However, we didn't specify if it was for the sports fest or in hero training." Fumikage nodded, "I see..." he said; Mika looked down, "I hope that he'll be alright." she said.

Mika stood up and pushed her seat in, "Have a good night, Tokoyami." she said; Fumikage nodded, "You too, Lyoko." he said.

Mika smiled a bit and walked towards the elevator on the girls' side; as she got in the elevator, her phone vibrated, "I'll check that once I get in my room." she said.

Once Mika got out of the elevator, she entered the room and turned her light on. Mika plopped on her bed and got her phone out of her pocket, "Let's see what that thing was." she said.

As Mika looked at her phone, she saw a group chat notification. Mika tilted her head, "I thought I was already in a group chat for Class 1-A." she said, "Someone must've made another one. I wonder who's in it." Mika tapped the notification and entered her password:

Mika: Hello?

Mina: Hey Mika! Welcome to the new group chat I made!

Ochaco: Hey!

Tsuyu: Hello.

Kyoka: Sup.

Momo: Good evening.

Mina: Before we do anything...

Mina changed her name to Alien Queen

Alien Queen: Since it can't be a hero name, why not make it a name for this group chat!

Momo: That's really clever.

Alien Queen: Now it's time to give you guys some cool names!

Kyoka: Wait what?
