The Start of a New Era (Koji Koda x OC)

Double Battles, Part 1

The day after the hospital visit, Mika was off house arrest and returned to class; now, all of Class 1-A stood at Ground Beta in their hero costumes.

Mr. Aizawa clapped his hands, "Now that we have an even number in class, it's time to start today's hero training." he said, "Today, you'll be in teams of two and face one another."

Mr. Aizawa held handcuffs out to them, "In order for your teams to win, they have to either knock your opponents out or manage to cuff one or both their wrists with the handcuffs you'll be given." he continued, "You're also allowed the use of your super moves as well."

Mr. Aizawa could hear whispers among them, "If you plan on asking someone to be on your team, then forget it." he said, getting their attention, "Your partners are already assigned."

Mr. Aizawa heard groans were from them, "With that out of the way, I'll announce the teams." he continued.

Team 1: Midoriya and Todoroki

Team 2: Tokoyami and Ojiro

Team 3: Kirishima and Lyoko

Team 4: Mineta and Jiro

Team 5: Iida and Yaoyorozu

Team 6: Bakugo and Koda

Team 7: Kaminari and Aoyama

Team 8: Shoji and Sato

Team 9: Sero and Uraraka

Team 10: Ashido and Asui

Some of them walked towards their teammate. Eijiro walked towards Mika and smiled, "Hey Lyoko!" he shouted, getting her attention, "I can't wait to find out who we're going up against!"

Mika nodded, "It's going to be interesting fight." she said, "So, let's do our best!" Eijiro had a big, toothy grin and gave Mika a thumbs up, "That's something I like to hear!" he said.

Mika smiled a bit and turned at Mr. Aizawa, "Now that all of the teams are announced, it's time to start the first match." he said. Mr. Aizawa sighed, "It pains me to do it, but it must be done." he mumbled to himself.

Some of them were confused but paid attention when Mr. Aizawa looked at them, "The first fight will be Team Lyoko and Kirishima vs. Team Bakugo and Koda." he said.

All of them were shocked; Mika turned to Katsuki and Koji, I had a feeling it would come at some point, but... she thought. Mr. Aizawa looked at them, "Head inside the faux city and prepare to fight." he said; they nodded, "Yes sir." they said as they entered the area.

(Time Skip)

The others were looking at the screen and saw them stretching, "Who do you think will win?" Denki asked. Hanta looked at the screen, "Probably Bakugo." he said, "He's really strong."

Ochaco looked at Hanta, "I actually think Mika has this." she said, "Bakugo may be powerful, but she can come up with incredible strategies."

Izuku nodded, "That's true." he said; he looked at Mika on the screen, "However, she's going to have a hard time." he continued. Ochaco looked at Izuku, "What do you mean, Deku?" she asked.

At the field, Mika and Eijiro were done with their stretches; he looked at her with a toothy grin, "So, got any ideas on this fight?" he asked.

Mika had her hand on her chin and was in deep thought; Eijiro got a little worried, "Lyoko?" he asked. Mika snapped back into reality and turned to Eijiro, "Sorry, did you say something?" she asked.

Eijiro's worry got worse, "Is something bothering you?" he asked. Mika sighed and rubbed the back of her neck, "Well... it's about this fight in general." she said, "If my theory is correct, I think I know the reason about the teams and why we're facing against Koji and Bakugo."
