Game Day.

To: Kershia Marquez

Please convince her to watch my game today

Right after Von sent his message to Kershia, he went to the comfort room and took a bath. While he was getting dressed, his phone beeped.

From: Kershia Marquez

She can't watch today daw. She has a date with Mikko. Sorry I have to tell you that pa. It's okay, I'm there naman... I'm your friend naman, right?

Von felt sad after reading her reply. She never missed a single game of the Blue Eagles since the day that they started going in Ateneo but when she started hanging out with Mikko, she's been missing a lot of his games.

"Mikko, Mikko puro nalang si Mikko!" Von said angrily while fixing his bag.

Von immediately shrugged off his badvibes, he put on his earphones and played Drake's Best I ever had. He was singing his heart out when Anton suddenly barged into his room. Yes, Anton Asistio- his teammate.

"Paps, let's go!" Anton said happily, "We gotta win this one!"

Anton also lives in White Plains that's why he rides with Von whenever they have a game.

"Wait for me in the living room nalang." Von answered, "I'll just finish packing my things."

"Sabi ni Tita Pam bilisan mo na daw." Anton added before leaving Von's room.

Von grabbed his phone on the bedside table and composed a message for Kershia.

To: Kershia Marquez

Okay. I'll see you after the game! Wish me luck :)

Von carried his backpack and shoes then he rushed to the living room but he didn't see his parents and Anton.

"Riese, where are they?" he asked his sister.

"They're already in the car. Bilisan mo!" she answered.

"Okay, thanks!"

Before Von could go out of the main door, her sister shouted.

"Goodluck, Von! It doesn't really matter to us how many points you score in your game. We are all proud of you brother!"

And that made him smile.

"Thanks and Love you, Riese!"

He found his parents and Anton leaning on the car, impatiently waiting for him.

"Sorry to keep you guys waiting." he apologized.

"Papogi ka pa kasi ng papogi!" Anton joked, "Pogi ka na!"

"Shut up, Anton! Mas pogi ka kaya sa'kin!" Von countered.

"Cooking!" Anton said while laughing really hard.

That's the usual ride of Anton and Von. They are like real brothers.

"Von, where's Janine?" Pam asked her son, "I haven't seen her for quite a while now."

"She's busy, mom." Von answered quickly, "Kershia's watching today tho."

"Busy daw!" Anton butted in, "Tita Pam ang totoo niyan pinagpalit na siya ni Janine. May Mikko na 'yun eh!"

Von glared at him, "They're just friends."

Von felt a little pain his heart when he said that. He knows that they are more than just friends. He just can't really accept the fact that Janine chose Mikko over him. They were friends since they were 5 and in just a split second she left him hanging.
