Every story has an end.
If you are wondering how I am surviving in this dingy hospital room, then yes, I am dying. It would have been better if I died on the car accident.
If it were me then I would have gone home yesterday but my stubborn brother forced me to stay one more day. The pile of reporters are swarmed outside the hospital looking for any information on the big scandal. Those damned reporters, I can't even change hospitals because of them.
Today's the big day, the day I will be released. So here I am sitting all dressed and....no not excited, I just want to get out of this pig stay.
My left hand is put into a cast and they said the wound in my head would heal quickly whereas my other body parts will take some time. The police said that the left side of my body experienced the whole blow.
But the best part of it is the wheelchair, like who wouldn't want to be wheeled around? There's nothing wrong with my legs, the doctor just recommended it until I get fully healthy and strong to walk on my feet.
As soon as I finish dressing up Cass and Archer come inside with the wheelchair.
'Come on, let's go home' Cass says while Archer comes to help me up.
'Finally' I roll my eyes.
After I was fully decked into my new bestfriend I was wheeled out of the hospital room where I was forced to spend 2 whole days.
'We have to go through the back exit, the reporters are everywhere outside'
I was lead to the car taking the back exit. Archer, who was sitting on the front seat turns around and faces me 'You'll be surprised when you get home'
'Why?'
He laughs sneakily 'Nothing just...nothing'
After nearly 20 minutes we reach my house.
'Did you call Levi?' Cass asks concerned.
'No' I would never.
I know that Cass will probably give me a big lecture about how I should not do that so I quickly change the topic 'Did you check up on Chrissy?'
'Yeah I called Mrs Jane earlier. She's staying for some days to take care of Chrissy'
'What?! I don't like strangers in my house, come on!'
Cass pouts sadly 'Oh...I am sorry I thought you would like it if someone stay with her'
I look at her and sigh 'Alright alright, I'll forgive you this once'
'By the way, it's okay that you adopted that girl but why is Vin in the picture?' both of their curious eyes turn towards me.
'Vin is her first friend. When I found her on the on the streets some guys were after her. So I took her and ran away, Vin was the one who let her stay that night. It kind of happened after that'
'Wow long story'
'Yeah'
When Archer rings the doorbell of my house a strange man dressed in a nurse's uniform opens the door. Upon closer inspection, the man was found to be David. Of course, I mutter under my breath.
David extends his hand in a dramatic manner and bows 'Welcome home! I shall be your nurse until you get better'
He takes the wheelchair from Cass and wheels me inside the house towards the living room.
'What's all this David? You are not a nurse, take off that outfit' He makes me so angry.
He twirls around once 'Why what's wrong with it? I like it'
