Chapter 37

~3 weeks later~

*GRACE POV*

It's been about 3 weeks since we moved and we are going back to visit today. I know it's kind of early, but we really want too, plus we kind of need to see Carly.

I finished packing my bag and ran down the stairs. I'm really excited to go back because I've missed everyone so much especially Hayes.

We have texted and FaceTimed every single day, but it's just not enough. I hope the whole long distance thing works out between us.

I started school a week ago and it's a living hell. I don't know anyone, I hate my teachers, although I made two good friends so far, Amanda and Zack.

Flight 613 is now boarding, flight 613 is now boarding. We heard over the speakers in the airport.

"Okay guys hurry up." my mom said. I basically sprinted because I'm so excited.

We boarded the plane and went to find our seats.

"I call the window seat!" I said to Jillian.

"No I get it!!"

"No I want it you always get the window seat!"

"No you do!!"

"MOM!!" we yelled at the same time.

"Girl girls just... I don't know do Rock Paper Scissors." she told us. I rolled my eyes but we agreed.

"Ha! Paper covers rock. I win!!" I said. She rolled her eyes and sat down in the aisle seat. By now the few people who were on the plane so far were looking at us. I guess we were talking pretty loud...

We got off the plane and looked around for the airport. Nash told Jillian that him, Cam and Hayes will be there waiting for us.

Jillian and I were smiling ear to ear searching. All of a sudden we hear,

"JILLIAN GRACE!!" we turned around and Nash and Cam were running up to us. I quickly scanned for Hayes but I didn't see him.

"Nash! Cameron!" I yelled hugging them as they engulfed me in hugs. "Where's Hayes?" I asked.

"Um, he wanted to surprise you at home." Nash explained.

"Oh okay." I said putting on a fake smile. We were all talking when I heard someone.

"Grace! Grace I'm here." Hayes was running up to me from the door.

"Hayes!!" I started running too. When we reached each other he picked me up and swung me around in circles. Usually these scenes only happen in the movies and it's so cute, but in real life it's so much cuter.

We stayed hugging for a few seconds until everyone came up to us.

"Aww you guys are too cute." Jillian gushed.

"This is perfect!" Cam said. I gave him a confused look, but then I heard my phone go off. Cam had posted the video of me and Hayes. I smiled at him and he smiled back.

Hayes wrapped his arm around my waist and pulled me close to him.

"I thought you were staying home?" Nash said to him.

"I couldn't wait any longer to see her." he smiled down at me and I blushed. Then be started leaning down and our lips connected. I smiled into the kiss which made him do the same. We pulled apart after a few seconds.

"Okay that's enough." My dad said walking over to us. My mom was just smiling and winked at me. I gave her the 'stop your embarrassing me' look and she put her hands up in surrender.
