Chapter 41

*JILLIAN POV*

"CAMERON!" I yelled as we ran up to each other. He lifted me up and spun me around. When he set me back down we just smiled at each other.

"I missed you" he whispered.

"Well we'll give you too some space." my mom said as she left the room.

"Did you do this?" I asked Grace. She smiled and nodded. "Thank you." I mouthed. She smiled and walked upstairs.

"I missed you so much you have no idea. I was a reck without you." I said to him.

"Jillian I love you so much and I can't believe that I'm here right n-"

"Just shut up and kiss me." I laughed. He smiled and leaned in. Its been so long since we kissed and I missed his lips on mine.

"Oh my god." he whispered.

"What?"

"I just missed you. I love you, so, so much Jillian Nicolette."

"I love you too Cameron Alexander." I blushed.

*GRACE POV*

The next morning it was extremely hard for me to get out of bed for school. I spent the whole night trying to fall asleep which I didn't manage to do until 2am. I've just had a lot on my mind lately.

I put on light wash jeans with white converse and a simple black v-neck. After I put my hair in a braid and did my makeup I went downstairs to eat breakfast.

"Here are your waffles." my mom said handing me a plate with two waffles on it.

"Thanks." I grumbled.

"What's up your ass?" Jillian laughed. I rolled my eyes and started eating. It's just that time of the month Jillian.

When I got to school there was a new kid coming into my algebra class. He's from Maryland and let me say, he's quite attractive.

"This is Joseph our new student everyone please make him feel welcome." my teacher told us. The class was a little surprised considering I'm a new student also and now we have another one.

He has dark brown hair and brown eyes, I think. He ended up sitting only a few seats away from me. Throughout the class I glanced at him a few times and he was looking at the board scrunching his eyebrows trying to focus on the teacher who was poorly explaining polynomials. (EW I hate those like fr they can die✋)

I can't help but notice how his eyes are still and his facial expression changes from confused to frustrated.

Stop it Grace.

But I can't. He's just so cute.

"Grace?" my teacher interrupted my thoughts.

"Huh?"

"What's the simplification?" he asked referring to the problem on the smart board. Luckily I was pretty solid with polynomials so I wasn't stuck.

"Um 2x + 6y squared - 8." I stated easily. He nodded his head and looked rather surprised.

I saw Joseph look over at me with an impressed look on his face and I mentally smiled to myself.

Towards the end of that class the teacher made us play a "game" introducing ourselves to Joseph.

We all stood in a circle and briefly told him about ourselves. He started first.

"Um I'm Joseph and I play basketball, um, I moved here from Maryland because of my dads job and uh...."
