Dani sat next to me and handed me the ice cream cone "did she get married?" I asked in almost a whisper after a while "not yet it's after the party " she said "I'm sorry" Dani said I smiled as my eyes got watery and I leaned my head on her shoulder "is ocean okay?" I asked "yeah she's an angel" Dani said I smiled and sighed "I didn't want her to get married" I said "I know" she said "take a trip man just you and ocean and forget about Bil like I know you love her but she's married" she said "you're right" I said I took out my phone and texted my manager to book me and ocean plane tickets and a hotel to the Bahamas. After a while Dani drove back to the wedding and I went home and packed me and ocean a bag for our trip. I saw the pictures of the wedding and only retweeted the one of my daughter. After I finished packing me and oceans bag I drove to pick her up when I arrived I saw Bil and Amber slow dancing and it broke my heart because I had hope in the connection we had. After the song ended Billie and Amber sat at the table where Maggie and Patrick were with ocean "mommy!" Ocean said excitedly and ran to my arms I picked her up and kissed her cheek and walked to the table "congrats" I said to the couple "Maggie me and ocean are leaving on vacation I don't know when we'll be back" I said she smiled and wished us luck as I started to walk to my car and I felt billies presence right behind me I got ocean in the car and handed her her tablet and closed the car door "you can't just leave with our daughter!" She said angrily "yes I can" I said "why are you doing this Jamie" she asked with a frustrated look "because you got married!" I yelled at her "because we reconnected and you got married Eilish!" I yelled she went quiet and looked down "I wanted to be the one getting married to you Bil, but congratulations you married the girl you cheated on me with 5 years ago" I said I pushed past her and got in my car and drove I let the tears slide down my face "I didn't want her to get married either mommy" ocean said I looked back and blew a kiss at her. When we arrived at the airport we went through security and got some food for the plane as we were waiting to board I saw a bunch of notifications and it was a video of me and billies fight I groaned and shut off my phone.
Billies pov
When Jamie left with Ocean I knew that my worries were true and I wanted nothing more but to be a family with both of them. I quickly went back to the party and pulled Amber aside "I can't get married I'm sorry" I said I left her standing there and ran out the door my mom saw me from the corner of her eye and smiled at me I ran to my car and drove I called Jamie's manager "book me a ticket with the girls I'm going with them" I said I heard a small cheer and I raced to my house and packed a bag and rushed to the airport. The plane was boarding in 10 minuets when I went through security and I raced to the other side of the airport I saw Jamie and ocean board the plane I boarded after them and waited until Jamie sat down in the middle to sit next to her "what are you doing here?" She asked "going on vacation" I said in a duh tone "you didn't get married?" She asked "if I'm gonna get married to someone it's gonna be to you" I said she smiled and pecked my lips and we looked at ocean who was peacefully sleeping. I knew this whole mess was going to be awful but I am happy with my girls and that's all that matters.
