P.o.v. Shawn

I found her. She stood here right next to me and I can't keep my eyes of her. She's just so special. Her eyes, het lips, even the way she cries.

She's amazing and I'm holding her right now. We didn't say a word and just kept staring at the sky. We were standing close to each other and I liked it.

I know that she has still not forgiven me completely. But I hope one day I'll be able to make it up to her.

"I think it's over" Sophia said. I smiled and looked into her beautiful eyes. I just nodded.

We went back inside and sat down on the couch. We talked and talked and talked. It was so great. After all this time I had finally found her and she's just here. It seemed so unreal.

"Soph?" I asked. She was laying down against my shoulder but she looked up. "Do you uh want to maybe go on a date with me? Like a real one?" I asked nervously.

All of a sudden we got interrupted by Sophia's phone. "Shit. I'm sorry" she said. She stood up and walked outside again.

I was still waiting there. What if she said no? I stood up and looked through the window at her. That's when I knew for sure that she's the one and that I want to spend the rest of my life with her.

P.o.v. Sophia

"Do you uh want to maybe go on a date with me? Like a real one?" he asked nervously. My eyes were big and I didn't know what to answer.

BUZZZ

Yes saved by my phone. "Shit. I'm sorry" I said when I saw that Emma was calling me. I stood up and walked away.

(E: Emma /S: Sophia)

E: Soph, oh gosh, shit. Where are you? I tried to call you.
S: I'm home. I'm sorry I forgot to tell. Things have been crazy.
E: are you okay?
S: ...
E: soph? What happened?
S: I went to the toilet and James was there too. He was a little drunk and started to touch me and stuff.
E: did he...?
S: no, he took off my shirt and started to touch me but Shawn saved me in time
E: ASSHOLE. And Shawn?
S: yes, Shawn. He dragged me outside and asked me if I wanted to go home. So now we're at my house.
E: did you forgive him?
S: I don't know. We talked a lot, even about our fight. I'm still mad but I guess I understand.
E: so have you kissed?
S: what ems? No! We just watched the firework. But...
E: BUT?
S: he has asked me out on a date, like officially
E: OH MY GOD! SARA! SHAWN ASKED SOPH OUT! AAAAAAH
S: EMS!! Stop it. I haven't answered yet.
E: why not? You like him, he likes you. Easy peasy right?
S: no it's not Ems.
E: yes it is. You won't die by giving him another chance.
S: okay okay... fine i'll do it
E: YESSSS!! Go girl! Be safe you know. I don't want to be an aunt yet.
S: who says you can be the aunt?
E: what? NOOOOO! I BEG YOU SOPH
S: hahahha! Anyway I have to go. Byeeee

I ended the call. I turned around and walked back inside. Shawn was stressing out, I could see that. He was walking around and mumbling things.

"Shawn?" I started. He looked up. "I would like to go on a date with you" I continued. He smiled and walked towards me. He hugged me instantly. He seemed surprised. "Really?" he asked to be sure. I nodded heavily.

He let me go and we were standing very close next to each other. I could feel his warmth. He touched my hand with his right hand. With his left hand he touched my cheek.

I started blushing. I don't know what was happening to me. He had such a big influence on me. He did things to me, he let me feel things that I've never felt before. To be honest with you all, I loved it. "And this is how Dora does it" Dora said. I smiled.

He bent over and kissed me. This moment was perfect and I didn't wanted it to end.

We were laying in bed. Yeah you are probably wondering 'we'? Yes, we. I said that he could stay if he wanted to.

"Soph" he whispered. I looked at him. "I do really like you and I'm sorry because of everything. Thank you for giving me a second chance" he continued. I smiled at him. "Do you uh maybe also want to come with me and meet my parents? I know it's early but they cannot wait to meet you" he explained. I nodded. "Sure, why not?" I answered.

Shawn fell asleep immediately but I couldn't sleep at all. I was thinking about everything. James and then now Shawn.

Maybe this is all a little bit too fast. I mean I like him and he has a big influence on me but meeting his parents? We're not even together. "Not yet" Dora said. I rolled my eyes.

I'm just scared that he'll make the same mistake again. I don't wanna end up heartbroken, not again.

I do believe that he could be the one. The one to grow old with but you never know. Sometimes things don't work out the way you want them to.

I sighed deeply. Shawn turned around and opened one eye. "Don't think. Things will be fine. I promise. I won't hurt you again. And I'll show you what you mean to be. Don't worry. Just sleep" he said. He closed his eyes again and laid his arm around my waist. He pulled me a little closer.

"Sleep tight, angel" he whispered. "Goodnight Shawn" I answered. I closed my eyes and fell asleep immediately.
