I could hear even though I was so close to death.
I could hear crying, from two people.
"Juniper...please..."
Ethe was there. And someone else.
Beep...Beep...Beep...
"Juniper."
The other voice wasn't as emotional as Ethe's, and took me a second to register the owner.
Cristin.
Cristin?
She started to talk but I couldn't hear over the doctor's rushing around me.
I don't think it sounds like she even wants to be here.
Did Ethe make her?
I felt a prick in my arm, a doctor put an IV in my arm.
"Juniper Dentin, can you hear me?"
A man's voice, which I assumed was the doctor, kept asking me questions I obviously couldn't answer because I was in some type of comatose state.
Why would you do something like this to yourself?
God you're so useless.
Something cold went through my veins and lost all sense of everything.
Knock. Knock.
My eyes slowly opened.
"Ms. Dentin?"
A nurse was checking in on me.
"The doctors are going to be transferring you to a different...hospital..."
I tried to respond, but my voice wouldn't work.
The nurse stood over me and smiled.
She closed my eyes, and left me in darkness.
