chapter 29

2 weeks later..

rose;

ethan was serious when he said it was the last time, it burned like a bitch when i thought he would come right back. but it's the opposite, i'm the one begging and waiting for him to come back to what we had. he's blocked me on everything and when i go up to him he pretends like i'm not even there.

i walk to school saying hi to people but ethan was the only person i wanted to talk to. i see a familiar face i haven't seen in a while, chloe . i go up to her locker where she was getting her things out. "chloe, what are you doing here?" i asked her feeling all kinds of emotions she turns to look at me with a huge grin on her face.

"i'm sorry i didn't mention it before i came here but my dad moved me to your school," she said

chloe is my cousin and even though we are very different from each other we are really close. she's the type to be in the popular group and to be the leader who calls the shots. "don't worry, i missed you so much, we need to catch up after school," i didn't even bother to ask if we had a class together since she's a senior

"i need to find ceramics class," she said stressed and i take a look at her schedule, looks like we both have ceramics.

"you must be chloe," the teacher greets her and we go in to take a seat. but i was surprised to see ethan in the room as well, since when did he take this class?i turn around to get a quick look at him, why can't he stop being like this and just talk to me.

doesn't he know how much i miss him? it's not even for the sex anymore but he's being too stubborn. when he notices that i look at him he faces the other way as if he was trying to hide his face away from me. there wasn't anything i was able to but frown."who's that, he's cute," chloe comments and i was confused

"who?" i asked her

"the guy on your right," she said. i look to my right and she was talking about ethan, ouch.

"you're going to have to forgive me but you're going to have to look for a new partner because i'm making him my partner, is that okay with you?" she asked smirking

i didn't even get to say anything when she got up and left to go with him. she knows about ethan but not that it's him. how do i tell her it's him?

ethan;

i see rose walk in with a tall dark haired girl by her side. "you must be chloe," the teacher greets her, she must be new. i see that rose just stand there with them as the teacher continues to talk to the new girl. she soon realized that we were inside the same room, too bad i had to pick ceramics i should've just stayed in swimming.

they both walk to their seats that aren't so far from mine. i look to my left to see rose looking at me and once we both lock eyes i'm quick to look away."hey, want to be partners?" the new girl chloe asked me standing in front of my desk with a sweet smile on her face. i nod at her. she takes a seat next to me and see that rose was all alone now. "i'm chloe," she introduces herself sitting next to me

"ethan," i smiled and she smirked as i held out my hand to her. "thought you had a partner already," i asked her

she shakes her head and plays with her hair. "you thought," she says back.

"alright, class remember you need to make an item you can use to eat or drink, best one gets the a, remember only one person gets the a." she says it out loud and that's when you get the vibe when everyone will compete for it.

"what grade are you in," she asked, i turn around looking at her.

"i'm a senior," she smiles once i tell her. she must be a senior too

"so, you got a girlfriend," she said bluntly and i laughed.

"you like to make a lot of questions don't you?" she nods biting her bottom lip.

rose;

i can hear ethan and chloe making conversation back and forth. i hated how she was flirting with him right in front of me but she doesn't even know he's the mysterious boy who's been fucking me this whole time.

i try to ignore all the laughing coming from them and how she kept getting her hands on him.

-bell rings-

i get my phone out to text charlie.text messages

@rosesucks: hey any parties happening today?

@charlie88: yeah, why?

@rosesucks: let's go to one, it's friday anyway and i need to be out again like old times. where are you right now?

@charlie88: behind you

"boo," he says right behind me and somehow i still managed to get scared. "why do you want to go to a party? it's been forever," he asked

"why not? we don't even hang out anymore. besides what else do i have to do on a friday?" i laughed and he just shrugged looking at me suspicious

"what about your boy toy," he askedi shake my head.

"it stopped two weeks ago," i choked out and he looks at me confused and weird.

"why didn't you tell me?" then we see ethan and chloe walking together in the hallways.

"since when does your cousin come here and what is she doing with your eye candy?" he asked and i sighed

"she doesn't know what we had she knows it's someone but no name,"

charlie was quick to say. "why don't you tell her? that's weird if they fuck, you know if you were with him," charlie starts to make fake gagging sounds but all i did was laugh softly but he was right.

"can we focus on going to a party instead?" i whined and he finally agrees with me.

ethan;

"let's go with my cousin, she's really cool you'll like her," she starts walking and i just followed her. "ethan meet my cousin, rose," she said and i look up to rose looking at me full on blushing

"nice to meet you ethan," she said with no emotion whatsoever. "chloe-," she didn't finish remembering i was still standing her.

"nice to meet- you rose," i said stuttering a little bit.

"do you guys know each other?" chloe looks at both of us.

rose and i just look at each other knowing that we knew more then just knowing each other.

"chloe, i need to go charlie needs to go get his boyfriend so we can leave," rose says quickly saving us from lying or saying the truth.

"go where?" chloe asked

"a party," rose said and i can tell rose didn't want to say anything.

chloe smiles and says. "i'm going and so is ethan we all can go in my car," she said and we all go along with it.

rose finally walks away with charlie but she turns around to glare at me.
