At the hospital the staff decided to have the patients show their talents based on what song or something motivated them during their recovery.
Jessica has been listening to Worship throughout her hospital stays. Jughead practice every day with Jessica and put a special slideshow leading up to a special tribute to her parents and her God family. She found forms to ask the Andrews family to adopt her. She can't imagine her life without them knowing Matt and Emily would truly appreciate this. They truly given her strength during her recovery as well as Jughead. The night of the talent show Jessica was nervous since Archie parents never heard her sing and Jughead's Dad, FP was there too for support. Everyone from Riverdale High and The Serpents were there.
The host introduced Jess.
Jughead hold her hand as the nurse wheeled her up. Jess said.
"This song has given me so much strength during my recovery especially the fact my parents would sing this song to me as a toddler and I truly appreciate each and everyone of you for your love and support as well as Jughead who is going to sing this with me."
The piano started.

She showed the road to recovery from the moment she woke up to trying out her new power chair to praying at the hospital church with Archie. To spending time with Mary and Fred as well as Jughead.
The slideshow continued with Thank you Jesus for everything. Momma and Daddy, Thank you for teaching me these hymns from a young age. It's bring me closer to you both and Jesus.

My lovely God family, please take a look at the envelope Mr. Jones hands to you. Thank you for your guidance and love I would have not been able to get through this recovery. Jessica was holding her breath and tears as jughead reminded her to breathe.
FP gives them the envelope they opened the envelope and see the form for adoption. Stunned Mary and Fred choked up as Archie teared up since he felt he did truly treat Jessica like an sister he never had. Jess said as she was excited and nervous.
"I feel in my heart that my parents would have loved to see me being with you all. Mom, Daddy and Archie you three play a huge part in my recovery I know you will still be my God family but I ask you will you please adopt me for good?"
Fred And Mary signed the form as she come down the stage with Jug. They come down and Fred embrace her. Mary hugged her as Jess sees the paper signed she teared up. Archie embrace her with a huge hug. Deep down Jessica has been missing her parents and their love and through Mary and Fred as well as Archie they given her a piece of her parents back to her since they knew Matt and Emily so well.
