Archie testify

He prayed before being called to the stand on the way up he kissed his sister's forehead.

Jess smile as he hugged her and she give him encouragement.

"You got this! Remember to breathe too."

Jess lawyer smiled at the brother sis moment.

"She's your heart huh?"

Archie said.

"Yes the best sister a brother could ask for. Everyday I am constantly thankful that she was determined to find her Godfather our Dad."

The lawyer asked.

"How do you know Josh?

Archie said.

"Jessica told the story to all of us in school and at the time we were friends.  We were not aware of the relationship that brought us together I want to make it clear. Hearing what she went through just shattered my heart.  I couldn't believe that Betty, Jughead ex brought it all back and I never seen Jessica so frightened of him every time he would show up at school, it just when she is with him that when she powerless and the sparkles from her eyes truly fade but once she definitely stood her ground, she is tough and ready to fight when it comes to Jughead and our daddy. I would do anything to see her beat him up again like she did before with The Serpents."

Jess lawyer asked.

"What is the difficult moment for you that you witnessed."

Archie took a deep breath.

"During the time our dad was in the hospital, her nightmares were intense I had ever seen. It definitely did made sense that Josh did it she would not rest at all it would take three shakes to wake her up and she gasped and cried in my chest. She definitely did it with Jughead as well."

He breathe again.

"The second hardest was the look on her face once she realized that Dad got shot. I mean I didn't know she wheeled herself up to school to find us but from behind and a few blocks away in the hallway I heard her breath a sigh of relief and I definitely recalled thinking Damn Jughead, you had one job! I understood that the presence of my Godfather made her do it and being concerned for me, but I didn't want to frighten her I mean couple months before she just found my dad and now she going to think we might lose him. But when she made it toward us and she sees dad did get shot, that look on her face looking back now as a brother it kills me."

He teared up and breathe.

"It was brutal but Jessica puts her arm around Dad as I took the other side we walked him to the car and she sat with Dad saying in the back seat. You will be ok, my dad is watching you I know that for sure my mom as well. You will ok. My Daddy patted her hand gently to keep her calm as he always has been before I was born. I know on the outside she was strong for Dad and I, but when we left the hospital later that night while I looked at her in the rear view mirror, she showed her true colors she was broken."

Archie composed himself and said.

"Now we know that Josh is the Black Hood, he truly succeed in terrorizing Jessica that night and the next few months. Last the hardest and difficult time I witnessed was the aftermath of her getting shot. When Jessica texted me, I had to prepare myself initially I was thinking it was similar to my dad I could just get her up and walk to the car but no she couldn't move at all and she was gasping for air. It was the hardest most difficult moment to see her in that position. I told her to stay alert and she did as I called 911 but as soon Jughead came, she could not hold on and she lost consciousness in that second I thought she was gone.

In the days where she stay in the hospital were rough I couldn't even function. I was worried and I now understand what she felt when she was worried for me and Dad. When she woke up on Father's Day, I couldn't believe it. I saw the tag and she was smiling in the Instagram photo my dad took of her as Jughead and I were dead asleep either one of us never left her side. That was a miracle!"

They showed the photo and everyone applauded.
