Trip to the Principal Office

One day at Matt's and Annabelle's elementary school all the PTA has hosted a bake sale for the kids it was their first one.  Jess and Marie were members of the PTA as Jess made Matt's favorite cookies to sell and share with her son's friends and Matt was so excited to see his mom and his godmother when he came in with Annabelle to the cafeteria.

"Mommy!!! GodMommy!!"

The four embraced and Matt used his snack money to support mom's PTA group and took some of his favorite cookies Jess always made him.

"Thank you, Momma you're the best!"

Overall it was a successful bake sale!

The next week Matthew attended class when he overheard someone talked about his mother.

"That lady at the bake sale, she can't even walk and do anything."

Matthew walked over and pushed the kid against the locker.

"Don't you ever talk about my mom like that!"

He walked away and went to his class.

The kid said.

"Your Mom a weakling!"

Matthew try to keep his cool to avoid trouble. The other kid said.

"Your mom is stupid!"

That when Matt punched him and it was a brutal fight. At the office, Jug went in as the principal explained what happened and Jug was mad until Matt explained.

"They were making fun of Mommy and I told them not to talk about Mom like that and the other kid said she a weakling and then the last kid said she is stupid and I lost it."

Jughead understood his son and went up to the boys.

"Don't you ever talk about his mother! Yes she different, but she is just like everyone."

The boys shut up.

When they got home they had a snack then went to buy flowers for Jess. When she came home she was welcome with a lovely dinner and roses.

"These are so beautiful, boys. Thank you!"

So Matthew explains what happened and how he advocated for his mother.

"So that's why I got roses for you with Daddy because despite your disability, you really have been there for Daddy and I and we appreciate everything that you do for us."

Then the door bell rings and it was the boys with their moms.

"What do you say to Mrs. Jones?" Timothy's mom said.

All three of them admitted that they were sorry.

Andy's mom said.

"You did a wonderful job at the bake sale."

Jess smile.

"You both did amazing work too!"

Both moms smile as well and exchanged some recipes. Matthew also said he was sorry for punching them as he did not know how to respond calmly as he said it was the final straw at the comment she stupid.

Serpentprincess🐍: Well Matthew spoke up for me at school and I am proud of him but not that he ended up being at the principal office, but I am proud that he advocated for me! He and jughead brought me rose in appreciation!
