Archie got up and went to the restroom. On he way back he hears Jess trying to cough and jumps right in to help her knowing what the nurse taught him how to care for her with the ventilator and cleaning out her airway with the suction. Once it was done, he cleaned everything and went back to help Jessica being comfortable again so she can rest.

"Bro?"

She mumbled.

Archie said.

"Yes?"

Jessica said.

"I'm scared to see Josh tomorrow."

Archie said.

"I know."

He kissed her forehead.

Inside Jessica sat with their lawyer while the Judge called Josh to come in. In chains and handcuff he come in and smiled at Jessica as Jessica try not to look at him.

Lord Jesus, Mom and Dad just give me strength today.

Josh's lawyer said.

"I can see you are terrified of my client. What bothers you the most?"

Jessica admitted.

"Yes we dated and I decided to end it. He just knows how to frighten me with a vengeance and it all started with how he found me on Facebook then an ex girlfriend of my current boyfriend, Jughead Jones who is sitting next to my brother, Archie brought him down to Riverdale and want me back I say no and I guess that no truly pushed him to find a way to make me go back to him. He enrolled at Riverdale High and abused me constantly that I was like a walking zombie in a daze! The abuse is reason why I came to Riverdale was to get away. Your honor, I haven't slept for months! I wheeled to school panicking cause I never wanted Archie to experience the heartache of losing a parent. I have experienced it and it crushing. I got to school finding them unaware that Mr. Andrews is shot I was relieved seeing Archie and my Godfather thanking our Heavenly Father but once I reached over to them, unaware that it was Joshua I couldn't believe that Josh would torture and terrified me seeing my Dad fall he almost died at the hospital!"

She had to catch her composure as she has tears in her eyes and it rolled down her face. Archie step up with Jug and wiped her tears as Jug kissed her forehead to help her regain to compose herself to speak. Fred was in tears he wasn't expecting what she was feeling that day.

"Anyway while he was recovering I was constantly up worried for him I mean Josh truly pushed me to my breaking point where I would be up all night talking to Jug, my boyfriend he been everything a shoulder to lean on. But Archie was worried about me not getting any sleep but he has helped letting me rest when I needed it desperately he truly is a brother to me. Archie smiled as Fred and Mary hugged him.

"Even the wonderful staff at Riverdale High with the help from my boys and The Serpents, they let the teachers know what was happening with life at home. They let me rest in their classroom literally although at first I would stay awake tried my hardest to keep up, but my teachers would say "it ok you can rest." There were days I would come in to class looking exhausted with dark circles under my eyes. The teachers give me a seat in the back of the class, I would hand in my assignment along with extra credits to let them know I did everything.
