Cam put the curling iron down as she finished curling her hair. She wasn’t so sure about going out to eat tonight anymore now. She kind of felt sick in her stomach and all she wanted to do was lay back down and eat her heart out with cookies.
She sprayed her hair with hairspray and turned to Kim who was wearing a pretty blue dress and her blond locks where in their normal tight curl hairstyle.
“You think they wouldn’t notice if I didn’t come?”, she asked.
Kim sighed and turned to Cam, “Cam, it’s our last night here, we’ll be home tomorrow night. These are your friends, you are most defiantly going.”.
Cam knew she was right and looked back at the mirror before checking her eyeliner.
Their were going to some nice fancy restaurant with a name Cam couldn’t even repeat cause it was in French.
When they left the room, it was the same time Nat’s doors opened and he came out. He was dressed in black dress pants and a maroon color shirt. From the way he expression look, he looked kind of tired.
“Ready?”, he asked. “We have to meet them there in fifteen minutes.”.
Cam just looked at her feet as Kim nodded, “Yupper.”.
Nat went down the stairs first and the girls followed behind him. A taxi was already there for them and they all climbed in, Kim in the middle of them both and she looked kind of stiff as Cam and Nat looked out the window.
It was quite the whole way there but the weird music the taxi driver was playing. Cam played with her thumb nail and started to chew on her nail out of boredom.
It felt like a long time, but they soon made it there—with some unexpected people surrounding the building. Lots of paparazzi turned to face the taxi and started snapping picture quickly.
All Cam saw was flashes and flashes—
Jeez, Nat is only one guy and their that crazy about his business?, Cam thought as she looked around the group of people.
“Just keep your head down and don’t answer anything they ask.”, Nat said as he paid the taxi. He opened the door and got out.
Kim and Cam look at each other unsure if they want to go there now with people having camera in their faces. They gave each other a look before Cam opened the door and got out. Quickly questioned flied around if she and Nat are dating and who’s ‘the blonde girl’.
Cam held Kim hand as they made their way towards the entrance. Nat was soon next to her and helped push her threw the crowd. She never realized how annoying it was to have people so close to you like this. Ugh.
They got to the door of the restaurant and Nat held the door opened for them as they went in. Cam almost dripped from her legs almost entwining and she suddenly felt embarrassed when she realized the guys were a few feet waiting for them.
“Like being the in the spotlight, Cam?”, Dan sarcastically asked. He walked over to her and put his hand on her shoulder, “Sucks? Doesn’t it? Not as glamorous as we thought.”.
“Really isn’t.”, Nat said. He turned to the flashing paparazzi and stuck his middle finger up at them. He turned back around and as he went over to the counter, he said, “I can’t stand them.”, he muttered to himself. He then smiled at the girl, “Hi, reservation under Bynes.”.
