A/N: sorry i didn't post in two days.... i got sick and felt lazy to post....

You were walking around town by yourself close to the drive in movies. As your waking by you decided to go watch a movie because you haven't seen a movie by yourself in a while and you had some spare money.

There's a line up to get in, being a little impatient at the moment you walk over to the fence where no one can see you and sneak in. You would just spend your money on Coke and popcorn instead.

You get a medium Coke and medium popcorn then go to the sitting area.

You look around at the seats trying to pick where to sit when you spot your boyfriend, Ponyboy. At first you're happy to see him so you start walking up to him but then you notice he's not alone. He has a pretty girl seated beside him and he has his arm around her.

Just when you think things can't get any worse they start making-out, Ponyboy being the one to initiate the kiss.

In those few seconds you feel your heart break into a million pieces. You feel completely betrayed. How could he do that to you? Tears start streaming down your face and you start to cry a little.

You think about heading to the bathroom but decide that you wanted Ponyboy to see what he'd done to you. You wipe the tears away with the back of your hand then walk over to him.

You tap him on the shoulder and he stops kissing the girl and turns around to look at you. As soon as he makes eye contact with you his eyes widen to the size of golf balls.

"Fuck you, Ponyboy. We're over. I hope I never see you again." Your voice trembles as you talk.

You pour the Coke on his head and then dump the popcorn on him and leave. That's what he deserved, the cunt. You look back at him and see the girl shouting at him too. She also leaves angrily.

It had been months since you broke up with Ponyboy. You had heard from multiple people how torn up he was about you breaking up with him. People told you that he had actually cried when you left. Then when he got home he cried himself to sleep, you learned that from eavesdropping on some of his friends.

You felt bad but were kind of glad that he felt like shit, it would teach him never to cheat again.

Sometimes you would see him in the halls at school and he would give you a genuinely sad look. You tried to ignore it and ignore him but you couldn't keep him off your mind.

You sometimes thought about him but knew it was best not to come crawling back to him. He couldn't just treat you like that, he had to learn.

Sitting in the park with your friends having a good time you notice Pony walking towards you. At first you think you had thought wrong but he continued until he was right in front of you.

Your friends had all shut up and were giving him confused looks and some were glaring. You tried telling them to just leave it be but they didn't.

"What do you need?" You get straight to the point.

He is taken a back for a moment before he regains his composure even though he looks shy.

"Can we talk?" He inquires.

He seems serious so you nod, stand up and walk with him over to a tree farther away from your friends.

"Look, Y/n. I am incredibly sorry that I cheated on you and I fully understand why you broke up with me. However I still love you and I know now that I made a huge mistake. I know this is a long shot but can you please forgive me? I would like for us to date again, just try it again." He looks as if he is expecting you to hit him.

You stay silent just thinking about what he said. You did still love Ponyboy and it was tearing you apart not being with him anymore.

"I forgive you." You pause. "And I'm willing to give you one more shot. No more no less."

He perks up and hugs you tightly, surprising you.

"Thank you so much, Y/n. I promise it will never happen again."

You hug him back just as tight, you had missed him a lot. He pulls away from the hug.

"I don't know if this is too soon or not but I have been wanting to kiss you for so long now." He kisses you right after he says it but you kiss back.

He pushes you against a tree gently, your hand combs through his hair.

The thing that ruined the moment was one of your friends shouting 'I knew it!'. You separate and both laugh.

"Call me." You say then head back over to your friends.

"Y/n." Pony says getting your attention. "I love you."

"I love you too, Pony." You reply smiling.

You couldn't stay away from each other, no matter how hard you tried.
