It was prom week, everyone has a date except for me because no one likes me!

There is this boy that I really like this nerd name Johnny Cade.

I get to my geometry class and see Johnny. "Hey look who it is, [Y/S/N] sitting together!" a jock says in a girly way.

"Just ignore them Johnny." I said to him.

"I've been trying to ever since i got to this school."

LUNCH TIME

"Hey Y/N over here!"

I hear my friend Hailey say at our table. When I walked to the table I see Johnny sitting at our table, I wonder why?

"H-i-i Y/N." Johnny stutters.

"Hi Johnny! Why are you sitting here?"

"He wanted to ask you something important." Hailey says smiling.

"Would you like to go to prom with me?" Johnny says to me with a shy smile.

"Of course Johnny!" I say.

"By the way Johnny, Y/N has a crush on you." Mary says.

"No I don't!" I say blushing.

The rest of the day I just want to smile because Johnny Cade asked me to Senior Prom!

It's prom night and that means I need to get ready for prom!

I hear my door bell ring and of course it's Johnny!

I walk down the stairs and I see a different Johnny, no glasses, no nerdy clothing, just whole new Johnny.

"I never see you like this before John, what happened to you?" I say to him smiling.

"I thought you like me like this not my nerdy side."

"I like you the way you are, the nerdy side and this side of you."

PROM

"Wanna dance?" Johnny says holding my hand.

I nod my head and he lead me to the dance floor.

We danced like there's no tomorrow.

"Y/N."

"Yes?"

"Can I say something?"

"Of course."

"I love you."

"What?"

"I love you Y/N, so much."

"I love you too Johnny!"

"Really?"

"Yes, I've been in love with you since I met you."

"Me too."

CAR RIDE

"There's no way you did that Johnny!" I laughed.

"I did I heard what those jocks said about you so I punched them in the face."

"That's why I love you!"

"I had such a good time." I said.

"I did too, with a beautiful girl." Johnny says.

I smile and got out of the car and looked back to the man that I love.

"You know, you look sexy with and without your glasses."

"I knew you were going to say that."

"Good night nerd."

"Good night princess."

This was the best night of my life including my husband Johnny Andrew Cade.
