Just Friends? 42 (Cethany)

*Bethanys POV*

I woke up and I had to go outside, I didn't want to go on my own though.

I got up and walked out onto the balcony, there was an amazing view, fresh air.

I sat on the lounging chair with my phone in my hand, CONNOR walked next to me.

"Morning Beth." He sat down on the chair next to me.

"Morning Connor." I replied.

There was a silence.

"Connor, I think I should go home for a while."

"Why Beth?" Connor sat up from relaxing.

"I don't feel great these past days, I don't feel relaxed, I don't feel, like I'm home."

"Beth! I'll try and change whatever you want!" He perched down next to me.

"Connor, I think I need to visit my family for a bit, I kind of miss them."

"We've only just moved in!"

"But I haven't seen my family in like months!"

"Oh okay." He stood up.

"I'm going to go and see them." I stood up from the chair and walked into our room.

I packed all my clothes and everything in the house because they needed to be thrown away and I wanted to come back feeling fresh.

"Beth." Connor slowly walked into the room.

"Yes Connor." I just finshed packing my bras and knickers.

"Could I come with you?" He simply asked.

I wanted to be alone with my family, doesn't he understand?

I can't say no though, he's my boyfriend, he says yes to everything I ask.

"Urm..."

"You don't have to say yes, I understand if you want alone time."

"I sorta, kinda, maybe, basically want to be alone."

"Alright." I just had to make things awkward.

Connor walked out the room, and out of the apartment.

I felt so bad, I walked out of the bed room and rushed to the door, I opened it, Connor was already on the bottom floor.

"CONNOR!" I yelled with a big fat grin on my face.

He looked up at me,"you might be able to come!"

The gave me a side smile, I love his side smiles.

I saw him rushing to our apartment.

I started walking towards Connor.

"How come you only came because I said yeah?"

"I didn't want to come in the first place, I was testing you, you've been weird lately and I was wondering if you still loved me." He held my hands.

"I love you no matter what Connor, anyway, the thing is..." I looked down.

"What is it Beth?" Connor lifted my face up.

"Well, it's kind of embarrassing saying this but..."

He gave me a worried look.

"You're my first ever boyfriend." Connor smiled.

"Beth!" He wrapped his arms around me and hugged me tight,"I'm your first boyfriend! That's not embarrassing, that's amazing, you love me so much and I'm your only boyfriend."

I laughed, "how is that amazing?"

"I don't know how to explain but, if you were me, you would understand!" He picked me up from my waist and spun me around. I giggled and then he kissed my smooth lips. He released me and we laughed about what just happened.

*Connors POV*

I helped Beth pack and she was done. As she was going tomorrow because it was getting late, we decided to watch a movie, the movie Lucy.

I set the living room up nicely, I had snacks on the table and cosy pillows and and long fluffy blanket.

"You done with the popcorn?" I asked Bethany.

"Yeah, be a minute." By the time I had finished making the living room comfortable, Beth arrived with the popcorn.

"Finally!" I laughed. She sat down on the couch with her legs crossed.

"You ready?" She asked while chucking popcorn in her mouth.

"Yeah, just going to get comfy." I sat down next to her and covered ourselves with the blanket.

She kissed my cheek as I pressed play on the remote.

I smiled at her and wrapped my arm around her, she rested her head on my shoulder and the movie started, I was so comfortable.
