a week or two had gone by, and cyrus hadn't told his friends the fact he had even gotten tj's number.

buffy had some problem with tj, and he assumed the others would tell buffy, due to how close their bond seemed to be.

cyrus spent most of his time texting tj, (when he wasn't with andi, marty, buffy, and jonah, or doing homework) so he started to learn more and more about tj.

suddenly, as he was doing his chem homework, he did get a text from tj.

tj: hey, on friday, wanna hang out after school? i could take you for a drive in my car, i have a liscense if u didn't know lol

cyrus: ofc! see u in 2 days then !

cyrus' heart fluttered a bit.

"you're taking him in your CAR to end it off? seriously?" reed quirked an eyebrow. "usually you just stand them up and text that you didn't like them anymore. now you actually have to go with him."

"chill! chill! breaking his heart will make him know not to mess with me, or get a bunch of boyfriends! that's my job!" tj smirked.

"cyrus won't know what's hitting him, man." lester chuckled from behind them.

it was the perfect plan. everything was going right.

friday came along, and reed, tj, and lester had decided on recording the whole heartbreak, so reed and lester could see the reaction.

"hey, cy! ready for a ride 'round town?" tj gestured towards his car, opening the passenger door.

cyrus giggled and got in, and tj slid into the driver's seat. he started the car and they drove.

it didn't take long for them to grt to the certain point tj had brought them to, which was a bluff. they were parked right before the fence of the cliff, and it was a perfect view of shadyside right from tj's front window.

when cyrus wasn't looking, tj carefully set up his phone on the dashboard where cyrus couldn't see it recording, and pressed play.

"the sunset's pretty, isn't it?" tj whispered, making cyrus blush.

"yeah." he whispered back. "it is."

tj took a deep breath. why was it so hard for him to actually confront the boy? "look, cy, we need to talk."

cyrus' head whipped towards tj's. "what is it?" he smiled.

tj couldn't do it. he didn't know why, he could do it with so many guys before. but he couldn't. so instead, he took a gulp. "c-can i kiss you?"

tj?! tj kippen?! did you really just stutter?! wow, get your head back in the game, teej.

cyrus' face turned bright red. "y-yeah, you can."

tj leaned over the car seats, and turned cyrus' face to meet his, and connected their lips.

cyrus' lips tasted sweet. and no, not just-ate-something-good sweet, like, tj liked kissing the boy sweet.

tj usually didn't feel anything for anyone when he kissed them, he had only once or twice before, but now, he was feeling it again.

oh no.

tj, without even realizing it, had fallen for the boy.

meanwhile, he was making out with this certain brown haired boy while that very same certain brown haired boy was sitting on his lap.

tj kicked umderneath the dashboard lightly, lips still locked with cyrus'. he heard the phone hit the bottom of the car.

the phone's power button was hit, turning the recording off.

finally, the two pulled away. tj set their heads together. "wow." cyrus whispered, chuckling under his breath.

"wow." tj repeated.

cyrus turned sheepish. "that's the first time i kissed a boy."

now this suprised tj even more. "how?! you were so good at...that. i didn't learn to kiss that good until i was like 15! and my first kiss was when i was 13!" tj's eyes then widened. "shit- was i your first kiss?"

chrus shook his head. "i've kissed a girl. your typical first kiss, though."

tj looked down at cyrus' lips. "care to let me learn how to kiss like that?"

cyrus smiled back. "go ahead."

and with that, tj connected their lips again.

there was no way tj was stopping this connection with cyrus.

how the hell would he tell lester and reed?
