Chapter 4

The next morning
Izuku Pov
I wake up at 6:57. "Shit I need to get ready." I say to myself. I grab my outfit and head to the bathroom to take a shower. After the shower I get my clothes on and head to the front door. I look at the clock it shows that it's 7:06. "Well I'm not gonna be late." I say aloud. "Be late for what?" Someone ask behind me. I turn around to see someone I don't recognize. "Who are you?" I ask. "I'm Yonama." She said. "Oh your the lady from last night." I say. "Yeah that's me." She says cheerfully. "Well I got to get going or I'm gonna be late." I say while waving goodbye. I then start to run. While rung for about 15 minutes I realizeI don't have there address. I then pool out my phone and unlock it. I go to my messages and go to Momo's number. (Iz= izuku and M=Momo)
Iz- hey can you send me your address?
M- sure y do u need it?
Iz- I'm doing some work for your father
M- what kind of work?
Iz- clearing out some trees
M- oh ok why is he having you do it?
Iz- wants to see my quirk in person for I can only guess why
M- my father will do that sometimes he can be such a quirk geek
Iz- and what's wrong with being a quirk geek
M- nothing wrong with it
Iz- if you say so
M- ok
M- here's my address XXXX XXXXXXXX
Iz- thx
M- no problem
I look up there address and see that it was only a 10 minutes walk from were I'm at. I start to walk towards there house. On the way there I get a call. I answer the unknown number calling me. "Hello?" I ask. "Yes is this Mr. Bakugo." The voice ask. "That's my father do you need his number?" I ask."no I'm looking for Izuku bakugo Sir." The voice says. "Oh well that's me and just call me izuku." I tell the voice. "Ok sir my master was wondering how much longer you are going to be or do you need to be picked up?" The voice asked. Oh I'm about 5 minutes away so I'm fine." I tell the voice. "Ok then sir I will see you then." The voice said. I hang up and continued to walk towards there house. As I get to their house I was in shock at how big there house was. After getting out of my shock I go to the gate and press a button. "Who is here?" The same voice from before said. "Um it's me Izuku." I answering the question. "Ah just one moment." The voice said. And after about a minute the gate opens. I enter to be greeted by an older man about mid 50's. "Mr.Bakugo will you come with me?" He states more than Asked. "Call me IZUKU please." I say while following him. As we are walking I was looking around. They had a couple of gardens with beautiful flowers and the house was larger than I thought. "How much did this cost?" I ask. "Well it was about half a billion yen." I hear Mr.yaoyorozu. "Oh hi Mr.yaoyorozu." I say. "Hello Izuku how are you doing so far?" Mr.yaoyorozu asked. "I doing alright and how about you?" I ask "I'm doing alright thanks for asking." He said. "So when do you want me to start sir?" I asked. " we will get to that is a sec but first we need to get a schedule set up." He says with a small smile. "Why do I need a schedule?" I ask him confused. "Well your a kid so I'm not going to make you work like an adult that's in fair don't you think?" He asked. "I guess." I say still confused. "Ok so your around my daughters age so you need at least 4-6 breaks for water and/or food." He says. "Ok that sounds fine with me but I don't really need that many breaks 3 is just fine with me." I tell him. "Ok then you will have a total of 4 breaks that are about 7 minutes each. He says. "That's fine with me. I say. After we got the planing done and how much he's going to pay me witch I declined every time but he kept insisting and I decided fine. I start to head to the area that needs to be cleared. When I get there it was not just trees but bushes, vines, and a lot of other plants. "Well this is definitely going to be a workout." I say to myself. I then start to stretch a little. After that I start to do my job.
Time skip
"Man this shit is thick!" I say loudly in frustration. "Well take a small break then." I hear someone say behind me. I turn to the voice to see Momo there with her mother. "Hi Momo and Mrs.yaoyorozu." I say to them with a smile. "Well I can see your having a bit of trouble." Mrs. yaoyorozu says with a giggle. "You could say that, it's just that this shit is so thick I have to use twice as much power just to get about 10 meters." I say slightly frustrated. "Wait what time is it?" I ask. "It's 4:36." Momo Says. "Finally I can take a break." I say with relief. I walk over to a cooler that has bottled water. I grab one and chug it. "Thirsty much izu?" Momo Asked. "You could say that." I say while grabbing another one. "Man it's so hot." I say to myself. "Well sit down and cool down." Mrs.yaoyorozu says. "Good idea." I say while taking a seat on the lawn. After a couple minutes of sitting there an chatting with Momo and Mrs.yaoyorozu, Mrs.yaoyorozu leaves. I then continue to talk with Momo. After a few minutes of resting I decided to take my shirt off. As I was taking it off Momo Asked "what are you doing?" I look at her " I'm taking my shirt off what else do you think I was doing, it's covers in sweat and it's getting annoying." I tell her. I then completely take off my shirt and set it down on the chair I was next to. "What did you do to your arm?" Momo Asked after getting a good look at it. "I got this a long time ago." I say. "Well how did you get that scar?" She asked very curiously. "if it's ok with you do you mind me telling you while I get back to work?" I ask. "Sure I don't mind." She said cheerfully. I walk back to my spot to continue working. I then start slashing at the trees. "So are you going to tell me or not." She says. "Well when me and my brother where about the age of 10 we where out in the woods goofing off, we where racing who could get to the top of the trees faster without using our quirks." I stop to see if she was still listening and to let that sink in. "Well after about the fifth race we dictated that the loser has to do a dare, Well I lost the race so I had to do a dare of my brothers choice and he chose for me to jump across this creek that was about 8-10 meters wide, He when over to the other side using is quirk but I had to do it without mine." I say and check if she still listing. I then continue. "Well I back up a couple meters and run and jump and I make it we were both excited that I didn't fall in but the ground under me gave out and when I fell in the creek my arm lands on a pole, I was screaming out in pain and Katsuki was freaking the fuck out, thinking back on it makes me laugh." I say to light the mood and she gives a small giggle. "Why dose it make you laugh?" She asked. "Well my brother he's that type who doesn't really freak out about things he almost always angry or serious and not so often he's calm." I tell her. She then laughs. "So he acts like a hard ass." She says. "Yep" I say. After laughing I then Continue. "After we break the pole we get to the house to get our mom.
And well .... she kinda ... goes crazy, she was mad and worried at the same time, she then rushes me to the hospital to get it removed, and they do remove it but they said that I would still have a scar."I say finishing telling her. She look kinda surprised but not really. "What not what you thought?" I ask her. "Not really I was expecting something a little more deep to of happen."She said. Well I have another scar that's has a pretty deep story be hind it but it's hard to see it." I say. "Can you show me it." She asked. "You looking at it." I tell her "what do you mean?" She asked if you look at my back hard enough you'll see a knife wound." I tell her. She gets up off the chair and walks to my back to get a better look. I then her her give a sigh. "Can't find it can you." I say. "Yeah I don't see it I may be overlooking it though." She says. "It's right about here" I say while pointing to mid left side of my back. Then I hear "wow how did you get this one." she says while touching it. "Well don't want to go into details but I was trying protect a kid and her mother from being killed or hurt by a mugger." I say. "Well I'm not going to pry but did those two get away fine?" She asked. "Unfortunately no the mother of that little girl had to go into sugary and well she di...didn't.....make it." I say getting kinda sad. She see this and try's to cheer me up. "Well at least the little girl was safe right?" She asked. "Physical Yeah She fine but I can't say the same about her mental health." I say. "Wow what's with the sad look izuku?" I hear mr.yaoyorozu ask. "Oh just telling her how I got my scar on my back." I tell him. "Well ok then by the way you might want to have all your stuff in a pile it's almost time for you to stop for the day." He says. "Wait it is?" I say starting to freak out. "Why...are you...freaking...out izu." Momo Says in between laughs. "That's a good point why am I freaking out?" I ask myself. I look at the time I see that it was 5:47. "Well I guess I should get my stuff." I say. "Do you need help gathering them?" Momo Asked "not really but I won't turn down the help." Say with a smile. After gathering my stuff I head to the gate. "Izuku your forgetting something." I hear mr.yaoyorozu say. "What am I forgetting?" I ask. "Your payment." He says while handing me an envelope. "Oh thanks." I say a little nervous. I say goodbye and head back to my house.
Time skip to the day of U.A entrance exam
"Hey izuku, Katsuki get your asses in here your gonna be late!" My mom yells. "Ok we're coming!" I yell back. Me and Katsuki head . We to the living room. "The Exam starts in about an hour so you might want to hurry up and get going." My dad says. "Alright." Me and Katsuki say at the same time. We eat are breakfast and head to U.A. It takes us about 25 minutes to get to the front gate of the school. We enter through the gate. I stop to see how big the school was and it was huge. Katsuki just kept walking. I the jog to catch up but I trip on something. I was waiting to hit the ground but I was just floating there. Then a girl with a brown bob cut Hair said. "Sorry for using my quirk on ya with out your permission." I look back at the floor and then back at her. "Oh it's fine thanks for the catching me." I say with a smile. "Your welcome." She says while lifting me straight up. "Well we might want to head in so we're not late." I say. "Yeah your right." She says we then walk in the school heading to the introduction of the exam. When we walk in I go sit next to Katsuki. "What took your ass so long?" He asked. "Well I kind of tripped." I tell him. He looked at me then he started to laugh. "Hey what's so funny!" I say a little ticked. "Y....you.... tripped....on the ...first day...of school."he says in between laughs. "Yeah but I was caught." I say still ticked. He slowly stops laughing. "Why did you have to ruin the moment?" He asked. "Do you always love seeing people get hurt?"  I answer his question with another one. "Alright let's get started." Someone said as they walked on stage.

As I was walking to my test sight I see the girl who keepers me from falling. I go over to properly thank her but I was stoped by the same blue haired kid who interrupted the introductions. "If your going to distract her then you should leave she is trying to concentrate." He says. I then look over and see he was correct. "Im Sorry I had no intention of doing that and your right she is concentrating." I say. At first he looked a little shocked then said "alright then thank you for not disturbing her." Then president mic the Yelled " START!!" I then rush into the area.
3rd Pov
As Izuku was taking out robots the teacher in the booth they were talking about this years contestants . "Man this years contestants look promising don't they?" Asked one of the teachers. "They sure do what do you think Aizawa?" Another teacher asked. "They look do promising especially those two." He says pointing out Katsuki and Izuku. "Are you playing favorites?" One of them asked. "Know why would I do that?" He asked tiredly. "Well you are basically an uncle to those two." Another one said. "I may be like an uncle to them but that doesn't mean shit I will treat them like any other contestant. Aizawa says. "Besides that you are correct those two are some of the most promising out of the group." A bear, mouse, humanoid thing says. "This one has about 70 points within the first 6 minutes of the test, and now he is just helping out some of these other kids out." One says while pointing to Izuku. "Your right Yagi he has almost beat your score." One says to Yagi. "What do you think Nezu?" Ask one of the teachers. "That's a good question Midnight we'll I think that he is ether as strong or stronger than the recommended students." Said Nezu. "That other one is just destroying the robots with no regard to his surroundings." Said the unknown teacher. "Yeah and he's just smiling  like a maniac." Said president mic. "I think it's time that we just press this button." Said nezu.
Izuku Pov
"Thanks man." Said a kid that I helped out. "No problem." I say. I then run off to help any other contestants Thant need help. But before I get to far the ground started to shake. "What the hell." "I don't know man what's happening." I heard some kids say. The ground then stated to rise. Then a huge robot comes out of the ground. "Shit it's the zero pointer" "everyone just run away from it." A bunch of kid were yelling. I just stood there not in fear but in amazement. Then I start to turn around to leave but I hear someone hit the ground. "HEY I NEED HELP!!" Someone Yelled behind me. I turn around and see it was the girl that kept me from hitting the floor. Before I realized it my legs started to move on there own. I then jump up and I'm now face to face with this huge zero pointer. I then ready an attack. "WIND DRAGON SLASH!!" I yell at the top of my lungs. As I slash the zero pointer in five different sections the wind from my attack shoved some of the kids that were close farther back. As I finished my attack I realized that I didn't have a plan for getting down. As I was close to the ground I feel something smack me on the face and then I stop falling. I look to my right to see the girl I saved pulling her hand back. I then put the two together and realized that she used her quirk to save me once again. She put the tips of her fingers together and say "release" I then fall on my face. "Sorry about snaking you." She says a little shy and intimidating. "Hey don't worry about it it's better that hiring the ground ad such a high speed." I say while smiling. "But are you alright?" I ask her. "I just sprained my ankle." She says. "Alright then." I say.  Then over the speakers we hear "The exam is now over."  "Well then that's nice." I say sarcastically to my self. "Here let me help you." I say while helping her up. I pick her up bridal style and walk over to an area we're an older lady was asking if anyone was hurt. "Hey ma'am she needs her ankle looked at." I tell her. " Alright set her down right there." She says while pointing at a piece of rubble. I walk over an set her down. "By the way I never caught your name." She said. "Oh my name Izuku Bakugo but you can just call me izuku or Izu." I yell her. "And what's your name?" I ask her. "My name is Ochaco Uraraka." She says. "Well it was nice meeting you Uraraka I will see you later maybe." I say while walking to the exit. "See you later Izuku oh before you go why do you it like to be called Bakugo?" She asked. "That's my brother not me." I simply say while continuing to walk away. As I walk out of the testing area I see Katsuki waiting for me. "What took you so long?" He Asked. "Well I was talking to the girl I saved from the zero pointer and making sure she got some help from the nurse lady." I say. "Alright let's just get home before mom kills us." He says. "Yeah." I say agreeing. We the walk home.
