My book is close to a hundred reads. Yey! I just want to know whoever is reading this that I started writing again to release all the stress adulthood is currently giving me. So hello! If you got this far, thank you for believing in my story. I hope I can hear from you soon! Enjoy. ❤️

Dialogues in BOLD are in Korean.

A week after, I was studying for an exam when Jesse burst into my room and went directly to my closet. She opened it and went through my clothes.

I really need to remember to lock my door next time.

I adjusted my glasses and looked at what she was doing. “Do you need something?” she ignored me until I threw a book at her.

“Ouch!” she jumped at the impact but ignored me again and went back to finding whatever it is she’s trying to find from the clothes that are hanging on my closet. I stood up and approached her. Once I reached her, I closed my closet door and crossed my hands leaning on it.

“Excuse me.” She said.

“Care to tell me what you’re looking for?” I said while silently judging her for invading my privacy.

She rolled her eyes and pushed me to the side to continue what she was doing. “I’m looking for an outfit.”

She looked at me from head to toe and I raised my eyebrows. “For you. We’re going somewhere.”

“Uh, no. I’m busy.” Gesturing to the mess on my bed which consists of scattered papers and half opened books.

“And don’t you have work today? I heard your precious group is in the middle of a comeback.”

“I work with the PR team, Yumi. They don’t need me when they’re preparing for a performance unless there are clients around.” She explained. I went back to sit on my bed looking at how serious she looks while mix and matching the clothes she found.

“Try this on.” She handed me a maroon turtle neck sweater and a brown skirt that has three buttons on the side.

“No. Not before you tell me where we’re going. I don’t trust you.” She clutched her chest and fake gasped. I turned my attention to the book I was taking notes of and completely ignored the outfit she chose for me.

“Don’t make me strip you and dress you up myself.” She said threateningly.

“And there will be lots of food where we’re going, so it’s gonna be a win-win for us. I have someone to accompany me and your gluttony will be fed.”

“Are we meeting with Min Yoongi?” I teased.

“Just get up and change please.” She surrendered and sat down on the single couch beside my closet.

“Fine. Only because food is involved.” I exclaimed.

I stood up, grabbed the outfit she chose for me and went inside my toilet. I put on the sweater and inserted the front hem on the skirt I was wearing. I put my hair on a messy bun and applied a light blush on my cheeks and a peach tinge on my lips.

I went out and Jesse looked up from looking at her phone. “You look cute!” she gushed. I went to my bedside table, grabbed my phone and tried to find a small bag that’s enough to fit both my phone and my wallet.

After getting ready, we both went out of our shared apartment and made our way to the basement parking lot. When I said Jesse was rich, I meant really rich. She was sporting a black Range Rover which I absolutely love every time she drives us around because of how spacious and luxurious the interior is.
