Ratchet x Reader Scenarios

When he shrinks

Today Arcee and Smokescreen had brought a relic to the base after the latest mission.

"So, what does it do?" You asked Ratchet as you watched him look at the relic.

"It shrinks Cybertronians temporarily." Ratchet replied.

"So, can we try it out?" Miko asked as she ran to the relic.

"Don't touch that!" Ratchet told Miko as she started touching the relic.

"Oooo, what's this button do?" Miko asked as she pressed a button.

Just then a beam of light shot out of the relic and engulfed Ratchet.

"Ratchet?" You asked after the beam of light went away.

"Woah, it really works!" Miko shouted after she saw Ratchet.

"Miko, why did you touch the relic?" You asked Miko.

"Because I wanted to see if it worked." Miko replied.

You picked up Ratchet, who was only about six inches tall.

"Are you okay Ratchet?" You asked Ratchet.

"Do I look okay to you!" Ratchet asked you angrily.

"Sorry about that Doc." Miko told Ratchet.

"Please don't call me Doc!" Ratchet shouted at Miko, even though he sounded like a chipmunk.

"How long does this last?" You asked Ratchet.

"It lasts about half an Earth hour." Ratchet replied, clearly grumpy about being shrunk.

You then let Ratchet sit on your shoulder so that he wouldn't get stepped on.

"Is that Ratchet?" Smokescreen as you as you went to the human area.

"Yeah, Miko pressed a button on the relic and it shrunk Ratchet." You told Smokescreen.

"That's actually pretty cool." Smokescreen said.

You decided to talk to Ratchet so that the time would pass quickly.

After about thirty minutes you noticed Ratchet was starting to grow so you ran down the stairs, put him on the floor and watched him grow back to his original size.

"So, do you feel better now that you aren't tiny anymore?" You asked Ratchet.

"Yes, and now I'm going to put that relic somewhere that Miko can't get to it." Ratchet said as he went back to the med bay.
