Ruffnut and myself followed Hiccup back to his hut, to explain that Ruffnut saw Gruffnut go in the stables. "Hiccup, I'm telling you. I saw him go in there, alone." He continued to ignore me. "You know alone? By himself!" Ruffnut added on.

He opens the door to reveal Gruffnut trying to take Toothless. "Oh! That is it!" As I pull out my dual blades, but Hiccup stops me. "Excuse me?" Hiccup says confused. That must've woke up Toothless, he growled as Gruffnut laughed nervously. Busted...

He backs up to a pillar, as Toothless bares his retractable teeth. "Toothless. Easy bud." We follow not long after and Ruffnut busts him out for it. He snarls softly. "You sure did. I'm sorry, but I just couldn't help but take a closer at this amazing tail device."

I see him look down at Toothless's prosthetic tail. Toothless huffs in annoyance. I roll my eyes as Ruffnut was confused by his response. "Amazing workmanship, Hiccup. You know, I'm a bit of an inventor myself." As Toothless looks at him in suspicion.

"Yeah right," I mumble under my breath. We see Tuffnut walk in, with no question on what just happened whatsoever. "There got are! Come on, I've got the boars greased and the pit primed." He explained.

"Oh. Sorry, Hiccup. Another time, perhaps?" As he walks down to meet with Tuff. "Oh gee, Ruff. I only brought two boars." I again, roll my eyes. "Yeah, you'd get bored just watching." I groan in annoyance at the weak pun he made.
I look over at Ruffnut, she felt very hurt. And she was.

The Next day, Tuff's voice roared through the thunder ear, again! I swear to Thor I'm nearly! At my wit's end with this guy's visit. Their voices stopped for just a moment.

After finally getting a few more minutes of sleep, and going to the clubhouse. I do a yawn as Hiccup as staring over the at the map. Astrid was already busy sharpening her axe, while I fiddled with my blades.

"Astrid, can you pass me a stone?" She nods as she tosses me a stone and I start scraping the sides. I see Tuffnut walk in. "Sad news eveyone. Gruffnut..." as his voice falls down. I noticed straight away that his voice was completely different. He cleared his throat.

"Uh, Gruffnut had someplace really awesome he had to go to,  and so, now, he's gone for a while." I hear Ruffnut say she knew that he would leave sooner or later. "Oh yeah, you did. Told me what?" She groans in annoyance and walks up to Tuffnut.

"That he would do what he always does. Show up. Get you to worship him again, and then, disappear." She explains. I hear his voice crack dramatically, he clears his throat again.

"Why wouldn't I worship him? He's awesome!" I hear Ruffnut disagree with him, complaining that he's a phony. "Uh. Maybe he is a phony, but if he's smart enough to fool people, that's their fault."

"What?" Hiccup says confused, I see Crystal land outside, as I walk to her, Tuff beats me to it. She growls immediately and I crouch down to calm her down.

"I mean, that's what he would say right?" Then, he starts acting really weird and scurries off, I thought that was just his personality, but that didn't sound like him.

Time skip a bit.

We were all down in the dome, Fishlegs asked if any of us had been feeding Meatlug feldspar. I shake my head. "Looks like we need someone to take your patrol shift. Any vol-" as he gets interrupted by Tuffnut, he would do patrol.

Snoutlout got suspicious of him and, he stuttered and agreed with his theory and explained that they could get bonding time. I could see Ruffnut was very pleased.

Then they walk off as Ruffnut had eyed him, she was about to hand him a Mason that I think they called it "Macy". I ignore the thought and follow Hiccup to his hut to talk with him.

"Man, what can I do to get relax?" As in que a familiar voice screams out, we see- Gruffnut?! Hanging on a Night terror. He did sound like Tuff, but something was off.

He tried to get Hiccup to believe him, so I asked him a question. "What did we talk about this morning, before 'You're' arrival here." He smiles.

"Uh duh, about me being the leader for a day, almost burning down the edge, the usual." Then it hits me. If this is the real Tuffnut, then, that must mean Ruffnut is with Gruffnut on patrol!!!
