Furies In Love (Hiccup x Reader)

Chapter 5

Y/N

"I- don't know if I want to hiccup." As she wanders to me. "But, you can be protected and I promise to keep your stay a secret." I stop and think about it. "Maybe Hiccup, but not right now. Alright? Thanks." As I gave a kiss on the cheek. He blushes as I walk over to my dragon.

"Wait! Uh what's your dragons species and name?" She smiles. "Well, you guys already guessed it. She's a light fury, like you said. And her name is Crystal because of her eyes." He nods as he understands. "Well, I'm going to be out in the sky hiccup. You might find me there." As her dragon spreads her wings and the other two dragons follow.

After seeing her leave I walk over to toothless. "Let's head back to the hut bud." He grumbles as he allows me on his back and we head to the hut by the time it's morning. The whole gang is present in the clubhouse as Heather was serving breakfast.

"I went by your hut this morning, you weren't there." Heather says as she hands me my plate. I fake a yawn as I sit down. "Went on a morning flight with toothless." They all eyed me suspiciously, but they threw it away and focused on their food. 'Thank Thor...'

"Snoutlout did you see any hunter activity this morning?" He nods. "Good, we will find it and hopefully the dragons will be safe." He finishes eating the yak chops Heather had made, we grab our dragons and fly to the dragon hunter base.

"The Dragon hunter base is just up ahead." Snoutlout points out to the ahead. "Remember, approach with caution. They might be expecting us." I say uneasy. "Hiccup, Hiccup! This is the easiest mission ever." As he tries to insure its fine for both of us.

We land on the island, when we instantly come out of hiding place its empty. Then, the dragons start growling as a roar is heard after. I go to follow it only for Snoutlout to be a baby about it.

As we traveled  down the stairs, the noises were getting louder as we stepped in the center of large cages holding dragons. One cage in particular was holding a familiar white dragon. "Y/N!" I yell happily. She didn't respond, she was sleeping and her dragons wing was over her in protection.

"Wait! You know her? That's where you were?" Snoutlout asks suspiciously. "We don't have time, let's quickly free the dragons." He clicks his tounhge as he pulls down on a lever.

Then a dragon proof surrounds me and toothless. "Ah! Snoutlout get us out!" He frantically pulls up the lever which causes a purple gas to appear. Toothless fires a plasma blast, it doesn't brake and we breath in the gas.

The last words I said to Snoutlout was, "Go get help!" As I fall unconscious with toothless. The Next day I wake up to find myself and toothless, along with other dragons in a huge cell. There was a Razorwhip, Monsterous Nightmare, Gronkle and Nadder.

Then I saw Y/N and her light fury huddled against the far corner of the cell almost to be invisible. When I crawl over there the white dragon growls at me and I step back. That causes Y/N to wake up. "Where...am I?" She turns around and gasps. "Hiccup!" She yells happily.

She nuzzles her head in my neck as she hugs me tightly. "How'd you get here?" She lifts her head gently. "I was captured on the way here, they were were going to lure you two here anyway." She explains. Then we hear the door open to reveal the guards holding us captive.

"Good, good. Your both up." One guard says, the other had a weird expression on his face. "Who's he?" As he points at Y/N. She had a scowl on her face. "I'm a girl, idiot..." she growls beneath her teeth.

"Don't even think of pulling the muzzle off you two. Or else your dragons will meet the consequences." My clutch my knuckles as it starts to turn white. I feel a hand latch onto my shoulder to calm me down.

"Grab the white one and the nightmare." Then they shove me and Y/N out of their way and grab onto Crystals muzzle and push her into a cage along with the nightmare. "You keep it obedient. I like that.." then the cages are pulled to the center of the arena.
