Hiccup
"My queen." Throk yelled, he ran to her side and helped her down. "Hiccup, what happened?" Y/N asked confused.
"Quickly. Replace the Night Fury's tail. You have to go back." Isabel said anxiously. "I don't have another one. I could try to make one out of-" I spoke, but Mala cut me off."No. There's no time." She responded, we all looked to see the egg getting lighter and lighter.
"Oh, no." Y/N spoke, her eyes filled with anxiety. "I feared this would happen. The egg has spent too much time outside the nesting site. It requires the life-giving lava. And if it isn't delivered soon, it will become hard as stone. Then..." She suddenly became quiet. "Then, what?" I ask. "It will never hatch. And it will die." Isabel finished.
"There is no need for panic. We must stay calm." Mala reassured us. "These herbs will help you regain your strength, Great Protector." Throk said, Y/N and Throk approached her carefully, while Throk soothed her, Y/N carefully fed her and she later down once more.
"Looks like ol' Throk and Y/N might be a little "cray-cray". Snoutlout commented, but Y/N's glare quickly shut him up to stop talking about her.
"Wow! I had no idea you spoke our language." Tuffnut exclaimed.
"Rother-bay." Ruffnut added on.
"What?" Snoutlout said confused."Fear not. The egg will be delivered into the Grand Volcano as promised." Mala assured us. I nodded and then I went to talk to Fishlegs. "Hey, uh, Fishlegs, look, about earlier..." I started. "Yeah, earlier. Right. Weird." Fishlegs spoke. "So weird. Well, I thought we could put our heads together again and see if we can come up with a solution for Mala. She really needs us." I explained, maybe we could find a middle ground and we could both agree on something.
"Yes. I agree." He added. "Great. Great. Yeah, well, I've been giving it a lot of thought." I said nicely. "Me, too." He said. "Perfect. Then you must be thinking what I'm thinking, right?"
"Scale down the cliff."
"Submerge the egg in a lava bath."
"Lava bath? Oh, come on. We could never maintain its temperature. Lava cools." I argued. "Scale down the cliff? Were you being serious about that?" He said a little frustrated. "Well, what do you think I'm-"
"Guys, remember earlier when you both agreed Gronckles were good in lava conditions? Maybe Fishlegs and Meatlug should give it a try? You know, Eruptodons, Gronckles, both Boulder class. Hey, we tried it your way. Why not just-" Y/N spoke, she had a point right there. Mala quickly cut her off.
"Excellent idea. We leave at once." Mala jumped in. "Uh." But he got cut off by Mala. "Come, Hiccup. We don't know what we'll find and may need your help." Mala said as she hopped on Meatlug after Fishlegs.
We carefully flew in the Volcano carefully as we neared the entrance.
"We are nearing the sacred nesting site." Mala explained. "Okay, girl. Take us home." Fishlegs spoke in a confident tone to his dragon."Can't this Gronckle fly any faster?" Mala spoke worriedly. Suddenly, Meatlug came to a halt.
"Fishlegs, why are you stopping" Lava spewed next to us. "Impressive." Mala said with interest. "Okay, girl, let's go." The dragon nodded before continuing on. "We must transport the egg to the end of these caverns before the lava floods in. Quickly." She urged us.
"We'll make it." I reassured her. "Uh, hey, you guys, what are those? Whoa!" We came to stop as we saw a drawing on the walls in the cavern. "Hmm."
"There was a time when the tribal elders would climb down into these caverns and sacrifice themselves for the good of the tribe." She explained to us.
"Right, right, right, right. But, what are these figures?" Fishlegs asked. Mala inspected the drawing, squinting her eyes as she looked further into it.
