INT. FOYER – NIGHT
Mo and Eric stand on opposite sides of the dance floor, looking at everything but each other. Savannah has had enough of it. She grabs Eric.
SAVANNAH
Come on.
She drags him over to Mo.
SAVANNAH
You're welcome.
She walks away. Job done. Eric smiles at Mo.
ERIC
You want to dance?
MO
Took you long enough.
They head to the dance floor.
INT. TORIE'S ROOM – NIGHT
Torie comes out of her room trying to appear presentable and sees Brandy standing by the staircase.
BRANDY
I heard what happened? I'm so sorry, TT.
She hugs her. Torie hugs her back, letting it all out.
INT. LIVING ROOM – NIGHT
Sitting on the sofa, Nikki and Jeff pose for a picture. They both post it on Instagram. Nikki's caption reads, "I love him." Jeff's caption reads, "I love her." Nikki fiddles with the key that's back around her neck.
Abram and Flynn stand back observing.
ABRAM
Mission accomplished.
They fist bump.
INT. FOYER – NIGHT
Savannah leans against the wall. Vance joins her.
VANCE
I know you probably think I'm a bad guy because of whatever you heard about me, but I've made mistakes just like everybody else. I own up to that.
SAVANNAH
Why are you telling me this? We don't even know each other.
VANCE
That's the point. I've known most of these people for years. They've seen it all. The great thing about strangers is that you get a fresh start.
He offers his hand.
VANCE
My name's Vance. What's yours?
Savannah looks at his hand. She's still skeptical, but willing to give him a chance. Shakes his hand.
SAVANNAH
Savannah.
VANCE
It's nice to meet you.
On the other side of the room, Tristen laughs with some friends. He sees Savannah and Vance together. His smile fades.
