INT. GRAVITRON – NIGHT

Torie, Abram, Jeff, and Nikki are sucked against the walls of the spinning ride. Torie's having a blast and Abram's happy to see it. Nikki laughs at Jeff who doesn't look so good.

EXT. OUTSIDE THE GRAVITRON – NIGHT

Torie, Abram, Nikki, and Jeff get off.

JEFF

I'm going to be sick.

NIKKI

You should have seen your face.

JEFF

Seriously. If I don't find a bench, I'm going to puke.

Nikki steers him away. Torie and Abram walk the festival

TORIE

That was insane! 

ABRAM

I told you you were missing out.

TORIE

I spend so much time worrying about my future, I forget that there's so much more out there. It felt nice to chill for a second. We're about to graduate and enter this world of possibilities. I don't want to get so focused that I forget to dive into the moment.

ABRAM

Skydiving. Yeah. I'm in.

TORIE

I can guarantee that's not making the list.

ABRAM

You never know. You might surprise yourself.

Torie looks up at the Ferris Wheel.

TORIE

Maybe.

Abram takes out Torie's phone. Takes the picture. He looks at the photo. A sereneness on his face.

ABRAM

I think you should post this one.

Torie thinks about it.

TORIE

Post it.

ABRAM

Yes, ma'am.

He posts it and hands back her phone.

ABRAM (CONT'D)

Game over.

TORIE

We still have one more ride left.

ABRAM

The Ferris Wheel is for toddlers and the elderly. That doesn't count.

TORIE

Not the Ferris Wheel.

She turns around and faces the Zipper. The tallest ride in the festival.

ABRAM

You do not want to get on that.

TORIE

It can't be that bad.

ABRAM

Oh, it's that bad. Trust me.

TORIE

I want to see for myself.

ABRAM

Okay, but I definitely don't want to.

TORIE

Is big, bad Abram afraid of the Zipper?

ABRAM

That thing is a fifty-foot torture chamber. It's like a Ferris Wheel on steroids. I'm trying to protect you right now.

TORIE

It's too late. I already dived in.

She makes her way over to it. Abram looks up at it. Knows he's going to regret this. Follows her.

ABRAM

Don't say I didn't warn you.

EXT. ZIPPER – NIGHT

Torie and Abram are in their own capsule twisting around in the air.

TORIE

Someone, please stop this thing!

ABRAM

I hate you so much right now.

EXT. STRONGMAN GAME – NIGHT

Clarke strikes the level and rings the bell.

MR. EDWARDS

We have a winner!

FLYNN

You're amazing. You know that?

Clarke kisses him. Flynn is in shock. Kisses her back. Mr. Edwards politely looks elsewhere.

EXT. PARKING LOT – NIGHT

Savannah walks to her car. Tristen comes after her.

TRISTEN

Savannah, wait.

SAVANNAH

I don't want to talk to you.

TRISTEN

I had nothing to do with the bet.

SAVANNAH

But you knew about it?

Tristen can't respond. He knows he messed up.

SAVANNAH (CONT'D)

You never thought to tell me?

TRISTEN

I thought you were starting to like him. I didn't want to get involved.

SAVANNAH

That's what friends do. But maybe we were never friends to begin with.

She gets in her car. Drives away.
