When you climbed out of the water at a different ledge, you found a huge door. Sam tried to open it on her own, but she just winced and pulled her now red hands away from it. Mike tried next and it squeaked, but still nothing.

You were getting frustrated. You didn't want you or any of your friends to die and if you stayed there any longer, someone would. You sighed and said, "Guys, we don't have time for this! We need to find Josh!"

You pushed Mike out of the way, hard enough to make him move but not enough to hurt him. You placed your hands on the cold metal and turned that wheel like a champion! You channeled all of your pent up anger, frustration, and even left over heartbreak from your times seeing Ashley and Chris being all cute and oblivious.

You silently cheered when the wheel turned. Mike muttered something about how he was 'just warming up' before pushing the door open. You jumped about ten feet in the air when heads rolled out from the room. Sam screamed, Mike jumped, and you were ready to gag.

"Holy shit!" Mike yelled, "She-"

You pulled Mike into the room and held your nose. The room reeked of rotten flesh and you froze when you saw the body of the flame thrower guy who tried to help you.

He told you to run that day. He saved you from the Wendigos. He saved you life and now he was gone. You didn't even know his name. You felt a tear roll down your cheek and promised yourself that you would never forget. You would remember him.

Your sorrow was followed by a pang of guilt as you remembered the events that occurred only moments after his death. You almost let your best friend and crush get ripped apart by Wendigos.

You felt bad for a moment, before using all of your pain as motivation to move forward. Chris was wrong to do those things to Josh, but you were no better for almost letting him die.

You refused to be upset. You could mourn and fix things with Chris later. You could cry and be guilty later, when everyone survived and made it out of there. For now you had to tough it out and be strong.

You had to be strong for everyone on that mountain. For the flame thrower guy, the stranger who died helping you guys. For Mike and Sam, your best friends. For Chris, your crush for nearly the entire time you knew him. For Josh, your old best friend gone crazy. For yourself.

For everyone, you had to be strong.
