"I don't think you'd want to do that" I said in a warning tone

"She put my fucking sister in the ER. Worst she's pregnant" he shouted and when he realised what he did muttered "shit" under his breath.

"She's what?" Mr. Knight asked and the room went deadly silent.

Even people who were not of this group froze, anticipating our next move. My heart was beating so rapidly that I swore it would break my ribcage. I looked around at each and everyone's face to see that they all were sporting guilty looks

"So everyone knew but I didn't?" he asked incredulously. "Even him?" he shouted

"That's because I'm the father of the child" I replied in a barely audible tone

"Oh that makes me feel so much better" he said sarcastically "My fucking princess, my baby girl is pregnant" he shouted "and I didn't know."

"Dad you're overreacting" one of the younger twins said "Zanya is a grown woman. She's not a child anymore."

"She's still my baby. You all are" he said hugging his family

"I'm still gonna kill her. But now's family time so mission is postponed."

"I don't think your wife would be happy with your decision to execute her sister" the mother said jokingly

"I don't think she's happy knowing that her favorite in law got beaten up"

"Point being, we'll put this Amanda girl behind bars instead." he addressed Zane before turning to me "What did the doctor say?" he asked

"He just told me to call you guy because of their rules" I replied and he nodded

"Maliky Foster" came the doctor's voice and I raised my hand, turning towards him.

"That's me" I replied as he walked towards me

"Did you call her family?" he asked and I nodded, gesturing to the family.
