"Miss Farr!" medyo malakas na sabi ni Maqui, nasa isang bar siya at umiinom kasama si Nate.

"He called me Miss Farr, Nate. . . Damn! How could I be so stupid? All this time iniisip ko kung pano ipapaliwanag sa kanya ang mga nangyari kay Julie if he'll start asking questions but now I know that he doesn't cared. . . That explain why he wasn't even there for her because he never care" bulaslas ni Maqui.

"I think it’s better this way, atleast you wouldn't have to worry now if they'll ever meet. He doesn't care and Julie can't remember him. It's a win-win situation" opinion ni Nate.

"you're right, but now I'll make sure that they will never meet again because his totally not worth it" determinadong sabi ni Maqui while finishing her glass of margarita pero ilang sandali ay natigilan ito

"But it just that I didn't saw it coming Nate, you should have seen how he treated me today and how he beg Julie to stay with him two years ago, it was so. . . Different"

"I think you have enough drink Maq, I'll take you home"

Julie keeps on glancing at the wall clock, it's almost 11pm pero hindi pa nakakauwi si Maqui and she's starting to worry. Hindi pa sila nagkakausap ng pinsan simula ng away nila kagabe and she's been waiting for her cousin for almost 3hrs now to apologize. Ngayon alam na niya ang pakiramdam na maghintay at mag-alala sa isang tao na hindi mo alam kung nasaan na o kung uuwi pa ba.

Napatayo ito sa sofa ng may narinig na sasakyan, nagmadali siyang pumunta ng main entrance ng mansyon.

She saw Nate opening the car door for Maqui which make her smile.

She welcome Nate with a warm hug. "it's really great to see you" yakap niya sa binata.

"me too Juls" sagot ni Nate ng maka kalas sa yakap at binaling ang tingin kay Maqui.

"I should go ahead and you two need to talk" tingin niya sa dalawa.

Maqui just nod and Julie just smile. Ng makaalis na ay hinarap ni Julie ang pinsan.

"caz . . . I'm sorry" nakayukong sabi niya.

"alam ko naman na kasalanan ko and I went over board last night, I promise it won't happened again" nangingiyak na sabi ni Julie.

Napa ngiti nalang si Maqui saka hinawakan ang kamay ni Julie.

"I'm sorry too, alam ko nasasakal kana sakin pero ito ang tandaan mo, hinding-hindi ako magsasawa sayo"

"I know" naka ngiting sabi ni Julie habang pumapatak ang luha.

"hali ka nga dito" Maqui pull her ito a hug at dun nag-iyakan sila.

"I have to tell you something" sabi ni Maqui when she pull Julie out of the hug.

"you're right, we've been hiding something  from you"
