5 years later...

The sound of hissing filled the air as I finally cooled down the sword I just made. I took over my uncle's blacksmith shop after he and my aunt disappeared. I had no memory of them, although I wish I met them. People always told me stories about them and how lucky I was to know them, but that's the weird thing. I never knew them. I put the sword in my leather scabbard. I Had just made it a week ago. It basically had two straps that went around my chest and waist. When i put the scabbard around me, I grabbed a compass and my lucky charm, which was a pin that had a fire emblem on it. Before I lost touch with my father, he made a pin with a flame on it. I never knew what is symbolized, but it always led me to good luck.  I grabbed my water bottle and attached it to my belt.

" Kai, I'm going out for a while, take care of your sister."

Kai was sitting on the stairs playing with his ball. He came down and gave me a hug.

" Okay, be back for dinner." He said.

I then set off to the path that led to Ninjago city. A month ago, I had found a map within a sign above the entrance to the shop. When i opened it up, I had no idea what it meant. There were dotted lines, each one leading to a golden weapon. There were four on the map. A sword, a pair of shurikens, a scythe, and nunchucks. Each one had some sort of design around it. The sword was closest to Ninjago city. I continued to walk. It was a pretty short path to the city. The blacksmith shop was close to Ninjago city. On my way, I passed some lakes and a lot of farmlands. I made it to the bridge that separated the city and the valley. The bridge had an ark design to it, and it was made of bamboo wood. Below was a small river. I crossed the bridge and i saw the city. There were many buildings and roads. There was a lot of cars honking but yet one can hear the birds chirping. The city was busy yet relax. I headed to the nearest bus stop. I sat down on a bench and waited for the bus. Eventually it came. I went on, pulled out my bus token, and gave it to the driver. I sat down next to one of the windows. The drive would be around half an hour so i decided to take a nap. Next thing I know, I had arrived. I then got off the bus and i entered the dojo. The reason i came here is because my friend actually teaches here. His name is Alex. It looks like everything is the same. The whole floor was basically a big mat. By the door, there were two shelves filled with gold and silver trophies. There were a lot of punching bags and a lot of weapons on racks and shelves. Then a teen came into the room.

" Hello, and welcome to my dojo!"
