I play with the cap to my strawberry milk on the hospital cafeteria table. A drink I have when I'm nervous so it helps calm my nerves. My dad would always give me this drink when I'd cry to make up for whatever he didn't see. Pressing my lips together I spin the cap with my two index fingers on the table. Jin has been out cold. Bruises on his ribs, busted bottom lip and a bruised cheek. Thank god he didn't have any major cuts. Whoever did this to him didn't want to leave anything really damaging. From the call they didn't know what they were doing. He needs rest is what the doctor told me. Well, us. Taehyung and I.

"You should leave." I announce glaring at Taehyung.

It feels like the whole room goes silent when Taehyung glares back at me with more sharpness than mine. "What did you say, egghead?" He growls from across the table.

"I said you should leave." I don't back off.

He scuffs and leans back in his chair. Long legs his knees hit mine with force. I frown and pull out my chair slightly to sit comfortably. "Leave? Not doing that." He looks around the room glaring at anyone he can.

"Well, I think you should." I tell him.

"Your thinking isn't worth my time. I'm here for a reason." Taehyung fights.

"What? To cause Jin more harm? Well, congratulations." I cross my arms cursing at him with sarcasm. I also just want to yell at him for ruining my junior year with rumors. So many people come up to me asking for drugs and where they can get them. It was annoying to get everything off my back.

"Harm him? You know nothing so you can't speak." Taehyung points out.

I know everything you idiot. "I know who Hae-Win is." I smirk.

His eyes widen and he looks down at his lap. What a puppy, a tail between his legs. Jin likes this? "What does she have to do with anything?" He asks gulping.

I suck in a sharp breath. "We all know, Taehyung. She is the dating scandal. What keeps you on your feet with popularity. You two feed the lies."

"You don't know shit! I keep her on her feet. We were never together." He snaps.

"She is the one who did this. This, this is what I mean by you always causing Jin harm!" I almost yell.

"I knew she'd do something but I didn't think she'd go this far." Taehyung whispers but I still hear him.

"What?" I clench my jaw.

"No one would ever hurt him. Not after you." Taehyung slams his fist down on the table.

"Me? You are the reason he always cries and always goes to me first." I lie halfway. Jin actually never came to me. He went to no one. That or went to Hoseok and Jimin since they've been there before me.

"I'm the reason he cries?" Taehyung questions already knowing the answer. "I'm the reason why he fell in love too, asswipe." He stands hitting the table causing it to move over to me. People start to look over but I don't care because Taehyung is used to the attention.

"Like you know what love is." I try getting the last word as I stare at my drink trying not to yell again.

"You want to say that to my face?" Taehyung threatens.

I remove myself from my seat making my way to Taehyung. Dead straight in the eyes I move my lips. "You don't know what love is you fucking idiot."

Doctors come up to us, the cafeteria ladies too wanting to know the situation. The scared patients and the nurses coming our direction. So does Taehyung. "You have no clue how he makes me feel. For you, you are just here for the ride. I wouldn't enjoy it too much." He eyes me up and down then leaves.

Fuck this guy. I'll make him regret hurting Jin. Hae-Win had to do what she did for a reason. I don't exactly know that reason is but I'll figure it out. Taehyung doesn't have the balls to go up to Hae-Win and confront her. I'll do whatever I can to make Jin go back to school comfortably. If that means I can't then it's fine and worth it. Screw school I don't care what people think about me anymore but I want to get what I want. Jin is my goal. Taehyung needs to leave right now or I can't do anything.
