Hayley sat down on her couch and pulled out her phone. She had to tell someone about today. So she called who she always called.

He picked up after two rings. "Hey h-bomb. How's life treating you?"

She sighed. "Great...awful...amazing..." She sighed again "I don't know."

"Uh-oh. What's up? Do I need to kick someone ass?"

Hayley ran her fingers through her hair. "Yeah. Mine. I'm doing something beyond stupid."

"What is it?" He asked

Jeremy had been Hayley's friend since 7th grade. He knew when something was wrong, but he also knew when to stop asking questions. That's why Hayley was trusting him with this now.

"I went out on a date." She said at first, not knowing how to say what was she had gotten herself into.

"So what? That's good, isn't it?"

Hayley shifted uncomfortably. "Well, it would be...if it wasn't one of my students..."

Jeremy remained quiet for a moment, not sure if he heard her right. A student? One of her students? On a date? He was brought back to reality by Hayley's voice.

"Please say something Jer..."

Jeremy sighed. "That's...pretty intense hayles. I mean, how old is she? Is she even legal?"

Hayley bit her lip. "She's 17, she turns in March."

This didn't seem like it was going well and Hayley was worried. Was he disgusted? Would he tell the police?

"You better wait to bang her until she turns."

Hayley let out a breath she didn't know she was holding. "Yes. Of course. We are. I know this is kind of messed up...you know I wouldn't do it unless I really liked her."

Jeremy laughed. "I know. You're more of a flirty, tease to your students. Dating? She must be something else. What's the lucky girls name?"

Hayley smiled. She was so relieved. "Her names Tay."

"And random question, does this Tay girl happen to possibly know emenim?"

That got the redhead to laugh. Jeremy's obsession with emenim would always be in the forefront of his mind, even after something as serious as what Hayley just told him. It was good though. He wasn't freaking out. He was okay. They would be okay.

Hayley smiled and continued to talk to her friend as she normally would.
