If I could change
Just one thing,
Would it be about me?

No.

With one simple wish
I wouldn't waste it.
I wouldn't look at myself
In the mirror,
And search for things to change.

I wouldn't pick
The parts of me
That I don't like.
I wouldn't even change
That I don't like them.

If I had just one wish
What would I change?

I would want
To change the world.
Eliminate hunger?
Poverty?
Illness?
Basic rights for every person?
Or unchanged climate change?

But would it
Make a difference?
Really?
Or would things
Just go back to shit
Eventually.

If I could change
Just one thing,
Would that be enough?
