Jack, Jay and Silent Bob had been laying low for a few days. Connor and Rey let them crash at their place until it was ok to go home, whenever that would be. Instead of paying rent, they just had to help around the house. Right now, the three of them were at the grocery store, Quick Stop Groceries, picking some stuff up. They took it up to register.

"How much do I owe you?" Jack asked the cashier. "Oh," said the cashier. "That'll be about tree fiddy." It was right around here that Jack, Jay, and Silent Bob noticed that the cashier was 80 stories tall and a crustacean from the protozoic era. "Holy fuck it's the Loch Ness Monster!" cried Jay, "Buzz off, Loch Ness Monster, we ain't giving you $3.50!" They ran out of there, leaving their stuff behind.

"What the fuck just happened?" asked Jack as they walked down the street. "That was the Loch Ness Monster," said Jay, "We don't know why but lately he's been asking us for $3.50." "Well where do we get the stuff Connor asked us to grab?" asked Jack. "Don't worry, there's a supermarket right around here," said Jay. "What is it we're getting again?" "A loaf of bread, a container of milk, and a stick of butter," said Jack. "Easy enough to remember," said Jay, "A loaf of milk, a container of bread, and a Joe Dirt DVD."

Silent Bob tapped Jack on the shoulder. "What's wrong?" asked Jack. Silent Bob kind of tilted his head up quickly to motion behind him. Jack started to glance behind but Silent Bob stopped him. Instead, he handed him his phone so that he could see the reflection of what was behind him. It was a Yakuza, and he was following them. Jack handed Silent Bob back his phone. "Turn into the alleyway up ahead," Jack whispered to Jay. The three of them took a turn into the alleyway up ahead. The Yakuza continued following. This proved to be a mistake on his part. "Snootch to the muthafuckin' nootch!" yelled Jay as the three of them mugged the Yakuza.
