The thing about sleeping in Elliot's room was that his bed was a million times comfier than mine which made it nearly impossible to get out of bed in the morning. Not to mention waking up next to him made it nearly impossible to think about anything other than spending the entire morning wrapped up between the sheets. "Morning" Elliot says without opening his eyes, letting on that he is indeed awake just as I am. "How long have you been awake?" he asks as his eyes finally flutter open and adjust to the morning sun.
"A while. Leah was up early but went back down pretty easily. I just wasn't ready to adult yet" I add making him chuckle as he grabs my waist and pulls me against him. I smile, wrapping my arm around his neck as I lower my lips to his to kiss him. He kisses me back, deepening the kiss and dropping his hands to my thighs, squeezing them gently as he slowly bunches up the nightshirt I was wearing. My skin is set aflame under his touch and a soft moan passes through my lips as his hands reach around to squeeze my ass. "Someone woke up in the mood" I giggle, pulling back just enough to speak.
"We should probably stop" he replies breathlessly and I nod my head despite the fact that I want to take him right then and there. I couldn't wait until he let me finally have my way with him.
"Okay" I hum, releasing my grip on him and moving back to my side of the bed. "I'm gonna go make some break-."
"What would happen if we did something?" he asks and I quirk an eyebrow at him. I don't know what he wants me to say. It wasn't as if I let Jason into my pants and suddenly the world stopped turning. The biggest punishment I had gotten was winding up pregnant but I would never really call Leah a punishment since she had practically saved my life. She was a blessing more than anything else.
"Eli" I sigh, rolling onto my side. "You know that nothing here on Earth is going to happen if I take your virtue. That being said, I know your beliefs and I respect them which is why when you say stop we stop. I'm not going to have sex with you because you're in the mood. Take a cold shower and I promise you'll begin thinking with the correct part of your anatomy" I insist, pecking his lips as I go to climb out of bed but he catches my wrist.
"But what about other stuff?"
I look back at him, biting my lip. "Like what?" He crooks his head to the side and gives me a dumbfounded look that makes me giggle. "Are you really going to make me ask you this?"
"Ask me what? Are you asking me to touch you?"
"Molly" he groans, pressing his head against the headboard and I chuckle, scooting back towards him and placing my hand on his thigh. His breath hitches.
"You won't regret it?" I ask, quirking an eyebrow at him. "Because there's stuff I can do without us going all the way but it's still" I pause. "Intimate" I add decisively. He nods his head.
"I want you to" he confirms and I smile, climbing onto his lap. He releases a shaky breath and I can't help but chuckle as I place my hand on his cheek which was burning hot.
"Relax. It won't be any fun if you're tense" I explain, lowering my hand to his pants. I dip my hand below the waistband and his breath hitches as my hand brushes against him. "Breathe babe" I whisper, crashing my lips onto his as my hand wraps around him. He inhales sharply and kisses me back passionately, parting my lips as his hand tangles in my hair while the other rests on my lower back. I slowly maneuver my hand between us building him up slowly until his breaths start coming out in short pants and I can feel him nearing his end.
My name passes through his lips as he releases into my hand and I smile against his lips, breaking our kiss as I work him through until finally his breathing returns to normal and I retreat my hand from under his pants. "Feel better?" I ask softly, reaching over for a tissue to clean my hand.
He nods his head. "Are you okay?" he asks. "I-I mean, I didn't-." I cut him off with a kiss.
"You don't have to do anything" I assure him. "I'm more than happy to help you out without anything in return but I do have to go make some breakfast and get some food in my system otherwise Leah won't be eating today" I chuckle, climbing off his lap. "Get ready for class" I add, walking towards the door and leaving the room.
***********************************************************************************************
I eat my breakfast and Elliot leaves soon after which leaves me alone in the house for the day. Leah wakes up and after she's fed, I leave her in the middle of he living room on her play mat while I page through a wedding catalog that had come in the mail. I'm in the process of circling a dress I adore when my phone vibrates beside me. I unlock my phone and smile down at the message from Elliot.
This morning was fun. Maybe we could do it again sometime. I was thinking maybe we could go out this weekend...idk maybe Saturday night
The idea admittedly had it's merit but I'd have to find someone to watch Leah. I send a quick text to Jason but immediately he turns me down because he has a date of his own. I suppress my want to ask him every detail and instead try Avery. Within seconds she too turns me down and I sigh. It seemed that everyone in my life was busy on Saturday.
Finally, I dial Sophia's number and she picks up on the third ring. "What are you doing right now?"
We end up meeting for lunch at Olive Garden since it's literally minutes from my house and I have to admit, it feels good to get out of the house. "So" Sophia starts, grabbing a breadstick from the center of the table. "What's up? You never leave your house" she adds and I chuckle. She wasn't wrong.
"Yea I'm hoping to change that which is why I wanted to talk to you. Are you busy on Saturday?" I ask and her face immediately falls. I furrow my eyebrows at her in concern. "Soph?" She sniffles, wiping underneath her eyes and suddenly I'm more than thankful that I asked her out to lunch. "Honey what's going on?" I ask, placing my hand on her arm.
"It's nothing. It's just" she pauses, grabbing a napkin to blow her nose. "Mark and I have been fighting a lot lately."
I shake my head, releasing a sigh. Mark and Sophia had been fighting since the day they met but as the years progressed their fights only got worse and more serious. "What's it about this time?" I ask worriedly.
She sighs. "It's just" she pauses again. "You're getting married. Avery is getting married. I want that. I want the happily ever after with the white picket fence and the husband that loves me with a bunch of kids but Mark-."
She didn't have to explain.
Mark didn't want the happily ever after. Mark liked screwing around and acting like he was still in high school. He didn't do serious commitment no matter how hard Sophia tried to change that.
"Sophia I'm sorry hon."
She shakes her head. "It's not your fault and you deserve a night out with your man. I'll watch Leah. It won't be a problem" she assures me, reaching for another breadstick. "How are you and Elliot though? Has he succumbed to your natural beauty and seductive ways yet?"
I chuckle. "We've fooled around but nothing crazy. I'm not going to have sex with him. Not until he puts a ring on my finger. I love him too much to let him give up on his values completely."
She smiles. "So just a little corruption then?"
"Just a little" I confirm with a laugh. "But thank you. I really appreciate you agreeing to watch her. I just-I need a night out."
"Chica no need to explain. Besides, I love hanging out with her" she adds, reaching for her tiny hand that was gripping the high chair that she sat in between us. "We're gonna have fun aren't we mini Molly?" she asks and I laugh. My best friend would be such a good mom if only she could move on from Mark but, there was no point in dwelling on it today.
Today, I would enjoy lunch with two of my favorite people and then I had a date night to plan.
