Hard or soft tortillas filled to the brim,
With ground beef or roast pork;
Have it as a meal, or on a whim,
Eating it without a spoon or fork.Shrimp or fish, make great fillings too,
Accompanied by lettuce and cream;
Roll with chicken, fry to golden hue,
Spicy hot, it's a foodie's dream.Stuffing of cheese and vegetables,
Served with guacamole and avocado;
Vegan twist, with fruits soft and sweet,
And a dash of lemon, honey and cilantro.A simple dish, yet a versatile food,
There is a taco for every mood._____________________________
