Wednesday, March 16th, 2011 | Parker's Family House | Carson and Alex are {18} while Sienna is {16}
"I really don't understand the point of this game." You say to Alex. You are both sitting on the foot of his bed playing the PlayStation.
"There isn't a point, you just shot everything."
"And that is fun?" You question.
"It's the best." You laugh.
"Alex! Carson!" Sienna storms into the room. "Don't you have anything better to do? You have been playing that stupid game for hours, some of us have exams to study for and assignments to finish. Have you ever thought about that?" Without waiting for a reply she turns and leaves the room.
"What was that?" Alex asked you and you just shrug. "Let's find her." Alex sighed and you both exited the room.
You went to her room, but it was abandoned, Sienna's text books were flung everywhere on her bed and carried out onto her desk. Her notes were ripped from her books and displayed in the same way, her highlighters and pens were scattered along her desk, her chair was pushed from the desk slightly and you both took in the scene.
"She wasn't kidding when she said she was studying." Alex commented and you nodded.
On her desk there sat a water bottle alongside a container of Panamax. "Is Sienna sick?" You ask Alex nodding towards the pills.
"Not that I know of."
You both exited the room and went downstairs hearing two voices. You entered the kitchen and you saw Sienna sitting on a stool and her mother fluttering about in the kitchen cooking dinner. Sienna's back was facing you and Alex, you saw the opened skittle packet next to her. She began shoving all the skittles in her mouth while talking quietly with her mother.
"It's called hormones, darling." Sienna's mother said to her and smiled. "Hello boys," she nodded towards you and Alex and Sienna's face widened, her head fell into her hands.
Alex caught onto the conversation before you did. "Mum, I have a question." Alex walked over to his sister and sat down, you followed him and sat on the other side of Sienna.
"Yes, darling."
"Are women on their period ovary acting?" Sienna looked at him and her hands balled into fists.
"Too soon, man, too soon." You told him, just as Sienna slapped him hard on the face.
"Mum!" Alex cried. "Are you going to control your daughter, she just slapped me."
"No, you deserved that one." She laughed and you smiled.
"Carson, your turn." Alex looked at you, Sienna spun on her chair to face you.
"Why do they call it PMS?" You asked Alex.
"Why, mate?"
"Because mad cow disease was already taken." You said and before you had the chance to hop out of your chair, Sienna's hand made contact with your face. It left behind a tingling trail... and not the good type. You instantly regretted your words, but it was too late.
"Oh, I got one." Alex's father entered the kitchen.
"Ben," Laura warned sternly.
"But it's funny," he looked at his wife and she just went back to dinner. "Okay boys, how do you embarrass an archaeologist?"
"I don't know, how?" Alex asked his father.
"Give him a used tampon and ask him what period it's from."
Sienna ran out of her chair and left the room. "Boys! Why did you have to do that?" Laura {A/N Sienna and Alex's Mother} huffed and went to follow her.
"It's alright, I'll go." You tell her and follow Sienna's path.
You navigate yourself through the house then you walk out the front door and sit next to her.
"This is all your fault," she voiced.
"How?" You asked.
She looked at you, and then jumped up walking down the drive way.
"Sienna! Wait, I'm sorry. Just explain it to me. Help me understand."
"You won't, can't you see that. You won't ever understand." Sienna snapped at you.
"Try."
She scanned your face for a moment, before speaking. "You make me feel things, things that I shouldn't feel towards you."
"Like?"
"Just... things. Oh, God, I can't believe I just said that!"
"It's okay." You reassure her.
"No it isn't... it..." She stops talking abruptly and pushes herself flush against you. Laying her lips on yours.
