trying to remember my lullaby
i wonder who i could be
nothings coming back to me
my life flashed before my eyes
i saw the world as it dies
my heart will race forever
an eternity of wastelands
cuz when the lights turn off
and the whole world falls
you'll be standing there
wondering if you cared enough
and when the plague comes running by with a
dagger in hand
tell me will you be afraid?
i'm so lost in my demise
trying hard to shut my eyes
i wonder when will this terror end
could it all just be in my head
have you ever wondered why
if for beauty or destruction
the stars decorate the sky?
if you see the world from above
will your insignificance run through your mind?
