Rosalie P.O.V
"Are you ready dear?" I heard Freddie ask from downstairs, "Almost!" I replied spraying myself with perfume. I looked in the mirror, what if they didn't like me. Freddie and I had gotten home from Japan about a week ago, after much pleading Freddie finally set a date for me to meet my grandparents. I put on my shoes and ran downstairs, Freddie held the door open for me and we went inside the limo. My eyes were drawn to the book inside the car door. I went to reach for it but Freddie stopped my hand, "No Rosalie you're still grounded for two more weeks," I groaned, after Freddie had to pay 2,000 American Dollars to Billy Joel to replace Jakes camera, I was grounded for a month. Freddie raised his eyebrow, "I can ground you longer if you would like?" I bit my tongue to stop myself from snapping back, "no sir," I said quietly and Freddie looked out the window. I could tell he was tense, and from what little I knew about my Grandparents, I knew that they didn't get a long with Freddie, which is why I was so surprised when he was so willing to let me meet them. I put my hand on his thigh, and he looked at me. I gave him a kiss on his cheek and wrapped my arms around his neck, "thank you" I whispered in his ear. Freddie nodded and patted my back. "Of course dear," I leaned back and Freddie went back to looking out the window. I put my hand in his and he squeezed. We sat in silence for the rest of the way there until the car stopped at a little house , I looked at it studying every detail not wanting to miss a thing. "Betee" Freddie said snapping me out of my thoughts, I looked at him, "yes papa?" Freddie kissed my cheek, "be polite or I will ground you for another month," my cheeks flushed, I hated it when he did that, "yes papa," Freddie grabbed my hand and we got out of the limo, we walked to the door and Freddie knocked. We waited for about a minute before the door opened. A girl who looked to be in her late teens opened the door, "Fred!" She exclaimed giving him a hug, "hi Kash," he said hugging him back, the girl looked at me with wide eyes, "is this..." Freddie looked at me, "Betee this is your Aunt Kash, Kash this is your niece Rosalie,"
Kash gulped me in a hug catching me off guard. I wrapped my arms around her but not as tight as she was holding on to me. Kash let go to look at me, then she hugged me again. " Freddie she looks just like you!" She said and i could see Freddie smiling, I swelled with pride I loved it when he was proud of me. "Come in please!" She said running inside, Freddie walked inside and I followed behind him, "Are they here?" I heard a lady ask, "Yes Jer they are here," A man replied, Jer? That was my middle name. "Beta it is so good to see you!" I was hiding behind Freddie, I wasn't ready for this, what if they didn't like me, what if they thought I was ugly or worse, what if they thought I was a slut. "It's good to see you too mama," Freddie said, "I have someone I would like you to meet." Freddie grabbed my arm and dragged me out from behind him, despite my fighting. I saw a lady who looked very kind with a man I made the assumption that they were my grandparents, "Mama, Papa, this is your granddaughter Rosalie Jer." Jer looked close to tears, "oh beta, thank you." She said. Freddie nudged me and I snapped me into reality, "Hello it's nice to meet you," I said smiling. Bomi, my grandfather looked at me lovingly, "it is a pleasure Rosalie, come let's sit," we all went to sit around a little table in the living room, Kash brought in a weird looking food, I didn't know what it was, it was a carrot with meat on it and it looked like it was cooked in grease. Kash held it out to me, "Have some I made it myself," Even though I most certainly did not want one I took it to be polite, and I shoved it down my throat, it was disgusting, "that was delicious thank you," I said Kash smiled and so did Freddie, he knew that I hated it and I could tell he was glad I had eaten it instead of just throwing it out. We sat there in an awkward silence for a while before Bomi spoke up. "So Rosalie, do you do any activities?" I cleared my throat, "Um yes I dance for competition," Bomi raised his eyebrows, "You dance?" I nodded "yes I have been since I was little" Jer looked at me lovingly "Kashmira used to dance when she was younger," Freddie looked at Kash, "That's right, I completely forgot that you used to dance, you would complain nonstop about it," Freddie said smiling, "I did not!" Kash said smiling, "Yes you did Kash all the time you would tell me how much you hated it so I finally took you out" Bomi said smiling as well. I was happy that everyone was getting along, we spent the rest of the night talking about different memories and I thought the night had been a success. It was around 9:00 when Freddie stood up and said, "we should get going, Rosalie has things to do," I almost groaned aloud but I stopped my self, being grounded I had to clean the house, every other day and I hadn't finished it all before we left so I had to finish when we got home, if I didn't clean, Freddie would smack my bottom and make me clean while he watched me. Jer and Bomi got up and gave me a hug, Kash gave me a hug after. "Call me if you need anything alright love," I nodded and she slipped a paper in my pocket. When I went to ask her about it she put her finger to her lips telling me to be quiet. I nodded and Freddie gave Jer a hug and he shook Bomi's hand. "Say goodbye Betee," Freddie said nudging me, "goodbye it was a pleasure to meet you," Said and Jer and Bomi waved. Freddie and I walked out of the house and got into the limo. The ride home was quiet and when we got home I noticed something, "Papa?" I asked as Terry opened the door for us, " What Betee," he asked getting out, I followed him out. "Our garden, it looks different, someone actually planted flowers" Freddie looked to see what I was seeing and indeed there was flowers in our usually bare garden. "Did you hire a gardener?" I asked but Freddie ignored me and went inside hurriedly, I quickly followed. We made our way into the house and Paul was sitting on the couch, "hello dear, how was it?" Freddie held up his hand and said, "how many times have I told you to stop hiring people without my approval?" Paul's face dropped, "I thought you would like it dear?" The backdoor opened and a man who looked extremely like Freddie walked in. "Hello, you must be Freddie Mercury, I'm Jim Hutton your new gardener."
