Pt 12 Evil

Astrids POV

2:25am

I don't know what I'm doing anymore, why am I even here on the earth? I have no use here, just a burden to everybody. I lay with my back towards Cameron so he wont see my tears. I feel no other emotion at this point, only pain.

I quietly pull the blankets over my body and lift me legs out from under the warm covers to be meet with a cold breeze. I sat at the edge of the of the bed with my head in my hands. I wont be sleeping anytime soon so I got up, but pull the blankets back over so it'll still be warm to Cameron. I put the clothes I wore yesterday on and folded Cameerons clothes. I grabbed my phone and left.

I make my way down the hall as my feet quietly patter across the carpeted floor. I looked at the stairs and knew they creaked so I took my time going down them. when I was the bottom I looked at my watch.

2:38am

I walk out on the deck, laying out across on the ground and decided to look at the stars. If only I could buy a star, because my lifes dark and I need some light. But the thing is I could buy up all the stars, but it wouldn't change who I am, cause I'm still living in the dark. I just in shock as I felt a vibration in my pocket

unknown number: "You really shouldn't be laying outside by yourself."

I got up as soon as I read the text. I turned around and hit something hard making me drop my phone, I yelped and tried to get out of their grip. I tried to yell but they put their hand over my mouth blocking me from yelling, only muffled words could be heard. Once we were in the light I saw that it was Cameron, I stopped struggling and hugged the life out of him.

"Hey whats wrong, did someone hurt you." He lifted my face up to look at him but I was to busy looking around sharply to find some souse of human life. I let him go and started looking of the deck until another vibration came from my phone. I ran to it but Cameron got it before me. I ran up to him and tried to get my phone back, but being himself he held it up over his head so I couldn't get it.

"Astrid...are you going to tell me or am I going to have to go through your phone." Ha, sure I'll tell you cause I've known you forever and I know everything about you. You not getting it that easy.

"Fine." He dropped his arm and as soon as he did that I grabbed it and started running. Hes not going to know shit or else hes going to be involved with my messed up life.

"Im faster then you Astrid." I laughed and picked my penny up.

"I know you are, but are you faster then my longboard." I yelled, challenging him. I run outside with my board and dropped it in front of me and jumped on it. Luckily they lived on a hill, it wasn't to steep but it wasn't flat. He came out with his as well not to long after.

"Lets see." I groan and start picking up my speed. The sun started raising surprising me so I checked my watch.

5:40am

He wasn't to far behind me so I decided to do the most stupidest move. I jumped off but luckily there was a walk right by me. I picked up my longboard and watched Cameron go past me with an annoyed expression.

"Having trouble." I said sarcastically and started making my way down the stairs. I picked up my board seeing that Cameron wasn't to far behind me. My feet hit the sand and I started warming myself into a sprint. We kept our distance until I saw...James. I stopped and turned Camerons direction, I started running at him making him confused and stop. I ran right around him making him yell my name.

"ASTRID." I carried on running until I hit someone. They held out their hand but I swatted it away. I looked up and there he was...Danny. I turned around and tried to run but he held me by my arms making it hard for me to move.

"Nice seeing you here babe."I whimpered making him dig his nails into my skin, piercing the top of it. I felt myself being ripped out of his grip. I looked up and saw Cameron ready to kill. He put me behind his back and put his hand on my waist.

"Who the fuck do you think you are grabbing my girlfriend." Everyone fell in shock, myself as well. I looked up and saw Danny smirk like the little shit he is.

"Its not m fault your girlfriends a slut. She was trying to make out with me." I laughed and stepped out of Cams grip and pushed Danny.

"IF you ran as much as you ran your mouth, you'd be in great shape." His smirk was soon replaced with an angry expression. I knew I was pushing my luck but hey nobodys stopping me.

"Your luck we're in public bitch or you'd be dead." I laughed a his poor excuse of an sentence then stood right in front of him.

"Whats wrong Danny scared a little girls going to beat you at an argument." I felt his fist clench making me smirk. I got on my tippy toes and put my lips to his ear. I could feel Cameron steering at me but I don't give a shit.

"Being a dick wont make yours bigger." I stepped back and waited for his reaction. His cheeks were red and his teeth were rubbing against each other. I stood back into Camerons chest.

"Watch that pretty mouth of yours Astrid. It just might run you down."I laughed in his face and put mt hands in Camerons, he accepted and entwined our fingers. I mentally thanked him.

"I'll take my shot." I walked past him with Cameron right behind me.

It only takes a drop of evil to fuck up two beautiful people.
