Last Friday night, I knew Jimin heard everything when he left my room through my balcony and he didn't even say anything to me before he left.

Ryan is sleeping in the living room, my mom insisted that we should sleep together inside my room and said that it's okay since we're in a relationship.

But luckily Ryan refuses, he says he doesn't want to invade my personal space and I'm glad about that.

I messaged Jimin every hour but he doesn't reply to any of my texts. Whenever I call him in my free time he doesn't answer.

Today's the day that we're supposed to be leaving for Italy and to meet his mom, together.

I don't have any contacts with his friends and I'm unable to gather up some news about him.

Did he continue flying to Italy without me?

Of course, he did, I knew he already bought tickets, and it'll be a waste of money if he'll not use it just because I backed out.

In addition, I know how important his mom is to him. He'll definitely go to Italy to see her.

Yes, I chose Ryan.

It's the first time again in months that I've seen Ryan, and I can't bear to let this opportunity go.

Jimin tells me that he understands my reasons and that he's completely fine with it.

But then here he goes again, ignoring me like it's some kind of a hobby to him.

Serene is keeping her mouth shut, and I'm really thankful for that. But sometimes she would give me a sympathizing look, which is definitely for Ryan.

I jumped out of my bed and walk down to the kitchen. Exactly mom is making some breakfast, eggs, and bacon.

Ryan is already awake and he's at the table chewing his food. He gave a morning smile which I returned back and I sit next to him.

"How's your sleep?" He asks.

"Good, and you?" I ask back.

"It was great." He smiles and I only nod before eating my food.

"By the way, how's your mom?"

"She's almost fine. Your prayers are working, and I thank you for that." Guilt and conscience poke me on my heart as he said those things.

I never even prayed for good health for his mom, yet he's thanking me. Thinking that I always hope the best for her mom.

Little did he know that I'm rapidly increasing the pain that he's feeling in secret.

"By the way, your mom is telling me about this new neighbor of yours, what's his name again?" He tries to remember.

"Jimin." My mom answers for him with a smile on her face as she puts a new batch of freshly cooked eggs on the plate.

I grab my glass of water and drink it all up.

"Yeah Jimin. Your mom told me that he's your new friend." Ryan says and I nod. My mother could've just told stories about Lana instead of Jimin.

"I also had another friend named Lana," I say, trying to divert the topic.

"Ria would definitely get jealous." He jokes and I nervously laughed.

"How is she?" Fortunately, he rides along and I successfully changed the topic.

"Still the same. She can't accept the fact that she's studying in Central State."
