Twenty

Taehyung noticed Hoseok's grin as soon as he walked over to the table.
He had returned a lot later than he expected him to.
Jeongguk was sitting with Taehyung, both of them holding hands, resting their arms on the table so everyone could see that they belonged to each other.
"It went well, then?"Taehyung smiled, pulling Hoseok to sit next to him.
Hoseok nodded, still having a lovesick grin on his face. "Clearly it went well for you, too."
Taehyung nodded happily. "How's Yoongi doing, anyways?"
"He's doing okay. His fever's went down, but he's currently trying to find as much warmth as possible. I gave him my hoodie so we'll see if that helps."
"And he accepted it?"
"Shit I woulda too. He's freezing his ass off, Tae."Jimin stated simply.
"Yeah. It's honestly kinda sad seeing him sick."Hoseok mumbled softly.
"Considering the fact he acts like nothing but himself can bother him?Yeah."
Hoseok sighed. "I hope he gets better. He looks so fucking vulnerable and I hate it."
"Damn."Jeongguk blinked, looking at Hoseok. "You are incredibly whipped."
"Fuck off, I'm not whipped. I don't get whipped."
"Sure you don't."
Hoseok huffed. "I just don't like when he's sick."
"Which is whipped culture."
"Shut the fuck up, I'm not whipped for him. I care about him, y'know, he's my boyfriend."
"God that sounds cute for you to say."Taehyung smiled. "You're finally boyfriends after pining for each other for so long!"
"Tae stop talking. I wasn't pining..."
"He was, though. You could see it in his eyes every single time he was with you. He loved you since he met you, he just didn't tell you."
"Huh, okay."Hoseok blinked, and looked away.
"You didn't see it?"
"No, I just assumed he was happy to be understood."
"Understood?"
"He has a speech impediment. I used to have one, too. He's actually getting more confident in his stutter now that he knows he can talk to me about it."
"Really?That's actually pretty awesome considering he's stated that he hates his stutter so many times."
Hoseok shrugged. "He's my best friend. We have been for ages. I assumed it was cause of that."
"Okay fair enough."Jeongguk yawned. "If he's anything like my Appa, he'll hide his feelings in really subtle ways. My Eomma told me about when he first realised Appa liked him it was only cause Yoongi told him. Apparently 10 year old Yoongi is blunt. He was a basketball player when he was younger. Best in his school."
"Didn't imagine that he'd play basketball."Taehyung and Hoseok sounded equally as surprised.
