WELCOME BACK TAY

I got up this morning and put on my clothes. All I could think about was if I made the basketball team... well today I was definitely gonna find out when I go to the gym in the morning. I kissed my grandma on the forehead goodbye and rode my bike to school because today I just didn't feel like driving.

When I got to school I saw Danielle and Tina standing at my locker talking

Danielle: ayeeee lace u looking cute today

Tina: yeah girl what you trying to do haha? U already know Z go be staring at u guh

Lacey: why do he always stare at me?

Danielle:. Anyways Lacey are u going to the trip

Ladey: yeah I don't have a choice since Z told my grandma about it.

Tina: yayyyy we gotta go shopping after school

Lacey: uhhhh hell no Im gonna be busy helping Grandma today.

Tina: girl yo Grandma can take care of herself and I just don't wanna get out the house

Lacey: y'all remember yesterday when y'all didn't help me when Z picked me up... that's why I ain't going

Danielle: girl u still mad about that?

 Lacey: yup oh that reminds me I gotta go see if I made the team I'll see y'all in a bit

I walked off and went to the gym and saw my name on the list of girls that made the team. I was so happy that I started dancing in the hallway and Z came up to me laughing

Z: why u dancing chicken feet

Lacey: because I made the team and we got practice today after school

Z: ight I'll see u there then

Lacey: huh

Z: the boys got practice too and I heard that we were gonna scrimmage each other boys against girls

Lacey: ight bet haha I know imma win again yo ass 

Z: we'll see about that

We both went to class then TAY walked into the class

TAY: heyyyyyy everyone did y'all miss me

Tina whisper in my ear

Tina: ain't that yo crazy sister that slept with yo ex

Lacey: sadly yeh

Z: damnnnn Lace u and her kinda look alike but of course u already know u prettier

Lacey: whatever Z stop trying to sweet talk me

TAY: hey Lace

I didn't even look at her I ignored her and didn't even say nun back

Tay: oh ok I see how it is.. anyways hey Z u look cuter every time I see u

She actually just winked at him

Ehhh Z was cute I ain't go lie because he sent me this picture this morning nevermind he wasn't cute he was fine as hell...I need to stop thinking about him

Z: uhhh thanks

Tay: wanna go out sometimes u know to catch up

I looked at him then he looked at me

Z: no thanks I got my eyes on someone already

Tay: who is she

Z: I can't tell u because u probably go tell her 

Tay: I can keep a secret

I swear to God if he tells her I ain't talking to him ever again. 

Z: you'll find out sooner or later

After he said that he put his hand on my waist 

Lacey: uhhh Z can u move your hand

Z: uhhhh Lacey HELL NO

I moved his hand then he put it back on my waist and whispered in my ear

Z: you the one I like

I couldn't believe this....I was so shocked and at the same time I didn't know what to say

Lacey: BOY stop playing with me

Z: do I look like im playing to u

He took his hand off my waist Because class was about to start. We stayed quiet the whole time
