"Let's talk."

Caleb's POV

I was in the office with our Alpha.

Shit just got real. O_O

My palms were sweating and my heart is pounding like it's gonna pop out of my fucking chest.

"Caleb." He said.

"Yes sir?" I tried speaking normally but damn.

"Xavier escaped our Prison, and I don't know if he was the one who did it or he appointed someone else." He said rubbing the side of his forehead

Should I say what happened earlier in the Hospital? about Ethan?

"Uhm.. sir, there's something I want to talk to you about earlier.. in the hospital.." I said.

I was nervous, it was fucking obvious

"What is it?" He said, his voice firm.

"It's about your son. Ethan. I saw those scratches at the side of his face when he was hiding it from you and I followed him to the Hospital staircase. He didn't go to the toilet he went straight to uhm.. call someone.." I said.

Damn! what the hell is happenin with me?

He just stared at like he's saying to keep going on what I was about to say.

"And I heard him on the line that he.. uh.. he said something about the accident. And I didn't heard the rest of it cause he almost caught me." I said looking at him in the eye and his jaw were firm and he just looked down at his desk.

"We'll continue this after some time, for now, I want you to observe Ethan's behavior and at the same time I want you to be a good mate for my daughter and look our for her along with Zander and Caden." He said and dismissed me.

I bowed on my way out and got on my car.

Was that the right thing to do?

(( Avery's POV ))

It's so.. bright.

It's bright, I mean really it hurts my eyes but I can feel that my eyes are closed..

I can feel someone is here..

The scent is different and I an't even explain how it smells..

The moon goddess.

"Moon Goddess, why are you-? How am I-?"

"Shh.. my child. it's not your time yet, you have to figure out who in your circle of people is the one behind your accident.."

What..?

"I know you are confused, but one of those people who are close to you is the one who's going to destroy all of you.."

"But how can this happen? circle of people? I don't understand!"

"Don't worry child, soon enough there would be trail of clues. clues the could led you to them.." And then she vanished and I opened my eyes..

Bright light..

Beep.. beep.. beep..

A heart beat monitor?

"She's waking up.." Someone said.

Blurry.. still blurry.

"Call the doctor! quick!" someone shouted.

I can't hear them.. it's like something is blocking my hearing..

Caleb's face..

It's really hard to update with a lot of things to do and school works to pass.
