That was the most unfixable, worst, terrible, horrible, heart breaking thing I ever lived, witnessed, and dealt with.

   The pretty girl stood there kissing Andrew I was right infront of them seeing the whole thing. There were whispers and looks of pity .

    When they broke Andrew looked into my eye and I saw he felt sorry.

" Hello everyone I and Briana and I just came back from New York to be with this man!" She announced.

   Everyone looked disinterested.

  With tears at the verge of falling I pushed but the crowd and ran outside.

   I sat down on the steps and let them fall like rain.

   " Hey."

   I turned around at the familiar voice.

   " Veronica?"

   " We've been distant."

   " Yes I'm so sorry I couldn't help it but-"

   " Shhhh if this is about dating Andrew I could care less ok?"

   " Are you sure."

   " Yes and I started dating that guy." She pointed to the side to a guy with black hair and blue eyes. Marcus. He waved at me he seemed chill.

  " Congrats?"

   " I guess but tell me everything."

   I told her everything

   " I was scared to tell you since I thought you liked him and when you started dating I thought you wouldn't like to to talk to me anymore but I don't know why we've been distant."

   " Me neither ......friends?"

   We both smiled and embraced each other in a hug.

   " Stop crying now he's not worth it he doesn't deserve someone like you."

   My heart warmed at her words.

   A week later

    For a whole week instead of walking with Andrew and waiting for him to text me I waited for Veronica to text.

   He hadn't said a word to me since that day.

   Vero: hurryy were a block away

  Me: coming

   Vero: were coming

    Me: ok

   I knew she meant she was here with Marcus it was weird to be a third wheel.

   Even though I hated Andrew I couldn't help but want to get a text. I fell asleep wanting to feel his arm at my waist.

   I waited for him to come for me or at least apologize.

   I opened the door to find Vero and Marcus making out.

  " Ew get a room!!" I shrieked after seeing how sloppy they were getting.

    They both blushed and parted. Marcus was very quiet I didn't expect to see this side of him.

  He put his arm on Veronica's shoulder and they both walked in sync.

   I felt too awkward so I made up an excuse.

   " Hey um I have to pee I forgot to so I'll see you at school!"

   " Want me to come?" Asked Vero.

  " Oh noo walk with your boy!!"

  They both smirked," Ok bye!" She said.

   I rolled my eyes and went into a tiny shop.

   It sold mostly food so there were a lot of people. This allowed me to sneak into the back.

   After peeing which wasn't fake I went to the cookie aisle.

   And I should've known, Andrew. We both loved cookies.

  He flinched when he saw me.

  I walked next to him and reached for the Oreos.  Like always he also reached so our hands touched. I felt myself blush.

   " You take them." I said letting go of the pack," They are double stuff anyway."

   He groaned and put them back. I saw the original at the top of the shelf. I tried to jump and get them but they fell on top of Andrew.

   " Aw shit!" He whispered. We picked up the Oreos and he returned them while I held two packs.

   " Thanks." I said.

   " Listen April-"

   I cut him of "- bye!!!"

   I heard him sigh. How is it possible that such a close friendship could end so easily and now we act like complete strangers.

   I was so mad at myself for the urge to speak.
