Alexandra's POV

We arrived at a nice looking house in Tennessee, Klaus and I walked up to a girl that was calling her dog. She was obviously scared when we suddenly appeared behind Her with Klaus' arm around my waist.

"I am so sorry I didn't mean to scare you" he chuckled

"can I help you" the girl asked frowning.

"out car ran out of gas a couples miles back, we feel like we've been walking forever, this house is the first we've come across and we were hoping we could use your phone?" I explained with a smile.

"don't you have a cell phone" the girl replied rudely.

"dont you have manners" I snapped back but Klaus put his hand on my shoulder.

"both our phones died" he explained. "look I promise we're not serial killers, I just want to use your phone" he added amused, how ironic.

She gave us a doubtful look but agreed anyway, "sure" she turned to go.

"so can we come in?" Klaus pressured.

"no, I'll get the cell phone and bring it out to you" she smiled fakely.

I already wanted to punch her face in. "and here I thought the country people were more trusting and friendly" I scoffed.

"I'm from Florida" she frowned, probably confused by now.

"well that explains it" Klaus smirked and grabbed her neck "now show us a little southern hospitality" he compelled her smirking.

After we got invited in we walking into the kitchen where an older dark skinned woman preparing food "I bet you a hundred dollars that dog ran off to a house with air conditioning." she said sassily. "what's going on?" she asked when she saw the three of us at the door.

"please don't be alarmed" Klaus said calmly.

"does some guy called Ray Sutton live here?" I asked cutting straight to the point.

"he's almost never here, he's on the road mostly," she explained

"I suppose he makes it home... Once a month" Klaus mocked, by the look on their faces we knew Klaus was right "that's what I thought" he said smugly "where is he now" he demanded but didn't get an answer "if I have to ask my friend here to make you tell me, its going to be infinitely more painful for you."

The woman suddenly bolted, she wasn't getting far though because Stefan was already at the door. The woman screamed and I chuckled.

"I love it when they run" Klaus smiled.

"he's in Tulley" the woman rushed out when I started advancing on her, "it's near the boarder, a bar called southern Comfort its off highway 41" she explained with tears streaming down her face.

"thank you my love" klaus nodded at her. "Now, Stefan please go start the car" he smirked and Stefan left. Klaus turned to both humans and compelled them not to move. "go on ahead Ally love." he smirked.

"Klaus I've never fed from the vein" I bit my lip, I could barely control myself on the bloodbags.

"it's abkut time you do, embrace it, enjoy it" he whispered pulling me closer to the you ger girl. "drain her quickly." he commanded.

I leaned my head towards her neck, I could practically feel her blood pumping as her breathing quickened and her heart rate increased, I could hear her sobs and the rush of adrenaline that went through my body was indescribable. I bit down into her neck and moaned in ecstasy.
